the aluminum rails/tracks should definitely be with the install kit. I cannot speak for Adrian Steel but I can say they would not like you trying to install without them. hahah I'm sure they'll get ya squared away if ya give customer service a shout.
I used to work as an installer for a distributor or Adrian Steel products (manufacturer of the Shelving shown here). I am not sure where you are located but Mountaineer Upfit Solutions (Mid-Atlantic/East Coast) is a great installation route if you do not want to deal with the Ikea on steroids install...those boys are great over at Mountaineer Upfit. www.adriansteel.com/ is where you can find other installation avenues as well as get in contact about placing a product order.
roughly 4 hours, if I remember correctly. No wall liner kit really speeds things up. However, If you're doing an install for the first time i'd highly recommend allowing plenty of time and patience...it can definitely be frustrating and confusing at first.
I just received my set up, I seem to be missing the bottom and top rail kit? Did that come with it ?

What was total install time for this?
