There is an argument for the "Chaotic" medieval city that grew "Naturally" around a marketplace or a church. But city planing was a real thing also in medieval times. There were just few opportunities to use it, as it was very expensive to do, when you already had land with cities and towns. One are i Know of, where it got used ist in the most northern parts of Germany in the 11th and 12th century. When the emperors sold the forests up there to noblemen and the church to be settelt. The City of Kiel was one of the established citys. So yeah... You are actually right. People did this kind of city planning and organizing also in Medieval times.
@@penknight8532 No, but they could plan things on Paper and measure things out with tools. So seeing that TactiCat uses Corpse Pits as measuring tools, it seems fair enough,
You can make tools with a Smithy which does not require tools to construct. Also the Tavern pantry was reduced to 50 so the 1 Tavern per 100 plots is not going to work. Hopefully that bug will be fixed soon.
Hey, I have 40 burgage plots at tier 3. I built a brawndo early on, and assigned my brawndo families to apiary work. I started with 12 apiaries, but now at 25 I’m still not producing enough honey. Any thoughts? That aside, all of your methods and tips have helped my towns tremendously. I appreciate your videos and absolutely love the brawndo design.
Hey Tacti, what's the difference between trade with a trade route and trade without buying a trade route? I feel like the merchant that comes on a monthly basis when you purchase a trade route takes ages.
Without a trade route you get ground traders with limited quantity - with trade route you can send your family with a 50 unit pack horse and also receive a dedicated purchaser /drop off from npc
I don’t get enough views on FF unfortunately - not enough demand for my content - don’t know why, lots of big creators get views but the support for my content in that game is very low
Yeah it’s perplexing honestly - never understood why I don’t get big views relative to creators who provide content not at the level I produced in terms of knowledge. The viewership for that game is primarily entertainment relaxation. My style just doesn’t fit the viewers unfortunately
Go to any old European city and you will see just how unorganised construction was 😂 people just built thing wherever they felt like it. I really wish they were more organised, would make my life a lot easier lol

You are absolutely right, that slipped my mind
A lot of buildings need to be upgrade-able so we're not spaffing them all over the place, which would make for nicer looking villages
Thumbs up from me for the use of the word “ spaffing “ :)
Really love the way this game is coming along, looks beautiful! I'll definitely have to pick it up in the next sale.
From what I can tell, Archers have the "fire at will" ability, which means they can fire into melee, Crossbowmen cannot.
Always very exciting for another video!
More to come!
Awesome as always! I wish there was or will be an iPadOS version so I can take manor lords anywhere with me!!!!

Make sure you’re producing enough of all foods - but that’s very odd - I haven’t had that issue yet
Is the new update available to all? I cant find the new maps
Steam beta opt in

All that water and no fishing? Even my cavemen in Dawn of Man knew how to fish from a river. ='[.]'=
Yeah i hope there will be future tech that will let you unlock unlimited fish from river
Hey dude, any plans on farthest frontier content or nah?

@@TacticatGaming Completely understandable, unfortunate but I get it, keep doing your thing!
