I'm using this song as Medicine's theme because in the story, after making many friends, she doesn't want to hate humans anymore, and Medicine has grown up. So it doesn't have the same poisonous feeling as the "Poison body ~ Forsaken Doll", but rather a melody that liberates all the Nameless Hill and infant spirits from their sadness. Maybe it doesn't sound as cool as a else stage6 boss theme, but it's because Medicine Melancholy wants to face the future with courage.

Idk why, but it sounds a bit too similar to Keiki's theme in pattern wise to me. Seems like someone must've liked Keiki's theme so much that they put a stage 6 theme to add a final boss arrangement and put a ToES motif just to make it very climatic. Not complaining though, because it is a nice song. (sry my english is kinda bad lol)
When I asked SHO to do the music, I mentioned to him that the style of the song was similar to Keiki's theme, and she probably made it too close to that. I like the kind of song where you don't fight with people anymore, everything is liberated and you go back to peace, and I think this kind of song suits LDQ's story of Medicine the best. ˊˇˋ
The person you meet in Mayumi or Satono&Mai's story is Medicine herself. The player who unlocks Medicine and plays her, you can encounters her past self, named "Medicine(Su-san)", and this Su-san is also Medicine's imaginary friend. In the story of this game, "Medicine(Su-san)" is created by the Kokorolia (Heart's Convallaria) Staff.
