HOTS is actually one of the best MOBAs. it was actually the first Blizzard game i played and got me interested in Warcraft and Starcraft. I don't get why its not that popular.
The way Blizzard treated this game is criminal. First they crippled it by cancelling its tournaments and any sort of esports presence at the last second and then they kicked the shit out of it and left it to bleed to death by cutting down the dev team to a skeleton crew, making the updates even slower. And while the game isn't dead, comparing its presence in the MOBA genre now to how it was in around 2016-2017 is just sad
it was never balanced to begin with and relied heavily on teamplay which failed to reach an audience compared to league of legends. nothing worse than having your healer solo bot lane during team fight and refusing to help team.
also quick match is completely broken. For example I pick etc and the game matches me with at team that has 2 healers a nova and a Abathur. Meanwhile my opposite team is completely balanced. Makes no difference of how much of a good player you are, this sort of draft will decide who will win and who will lose.
There's literally an achievement in Diablo III for killing him with your bare hands, so I think a nuke oughta do it...unless he has an emergency protective refrigerator

I think blizz overshot it with artificially creating an esport instead of letting the game grow. They also should have made a mobile version. No shortage of mobas there, but I think a lot of people would want to play it on mobile and that could help the pc version. Think a lot of people are just too stuck in the thought of having a shop and items and going on an ego trip was the problem. But as long as the game is alive it may come back cause it's a fantastic game and all it takes is for blizz to get an idea and the will for getting it back on track

There was that Warcraft movie! I don't think they would want to invest in more movies after that tanked in the box office. I wouldn't mind seeing them do CGI animated movies like Resident Evil and Final Fantasy franchises did.

I played every moba and I can say that HOTS is the one I have the most fun, I don't say it's the BEST, but I have way more fun with it than the others, straight up battle royale since minute 1.
hots is not competitive MOBA like dota2 or LoL so you can just chill and have fun , meanwhile dota2 is sweating af every match even in pub and LoL is beyond broken now
Still I belive that Kerrigan going along his own world lore powers are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more powerfull then every single other character combined. Altho I don't know why they gaver her this lame electric attack thing. She is a super powerfull psycher. Just with her mind she could squash the majority of character here, with her army of Zerg it's pretty much redundant what armies you command and she can evolve super rapidly if needed, and probably have a heal factor beyond anyone present including healing magic and potions. Just think about the time when she first emerged from the coccon or that she is strong enough to house a literal god essence creator of galaxy conquering races. To me shes sticking out like a sore thumb lol.
the cinematics shows in this compilation were all made long before deathwing was added to the game. they dont make cinematics anymore and haven't for a long time. the corporate bigwigs don't want to invest funding in this game so we're not getting any goddies.
