Hello Laura, what an absolutely beautiful garden channel you have. So glad I finally discovered it after all these years. Please take this as a compliment when I watch your videos they help me to relax and doze off into a beautiful slumber. And I seriously and genuinely mean that as a compliment. You are my favorite channel to enjoy a cup of tea with. 💙💚💛🧡💜 Liz from California
Thanks for the fall cleaning videos, it helps me to get my garden ready for winter. Love ur abelia shrub. I have 3 of them .. they all bloom in late summer and fall.. ? Maybe mines are a different species. Going to get some cow manure and working on my flower bed. Love ur videos. ❤
Hello from central Delaware. I’m building my landscaping up one year at a time following your guidance & information. Thank you for sharing, much appreciated!
So excited, just found your. Channel from hooked and rooted! I am also in Southern NJ…and am certain I will get a lot of good ideas and advice! So hello neighbor!
Hi Laura! 👋🏼 Found out about your channel through Steph’s channel at Hooked & Rooted. Congrats…your channel was voted into the top 20 ornamental gardening channels list! 🎉 I’m fairly close to you in Delaware zone 7B and excited to start watching your videos. Have a great day! 😊
Yes, it seems like snow has crept up on many gardeners across the country and in Europe too! Just remember that everything added so far - even if it’s not as much as we wanted to get done - will help our gardens. 🍂❤️
Hi Laura, how, with what and when do you fertilize your heath? I bought mine after you had recommended it in one of your videos years ago and I love them! 😃😃😃
Hi Leia! I fertilize them in Spring, as their blooming finally wanes. Either after I prune them, or if I don’t prune them that year, I’ll fertilize when those little flowers are drying up. I use Holly-tone by Espoma. Here’s my pruning video where I talk about fertilizer too, in case you need it: th-cam.com/video/jeADGROTMU4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=UxO2aEqRPVt-YhyZ So glad you are enjoying yours! 💕
Idk. I’ve tried this and all I end up with is a half-decomposed, bug filled, mess. I’m not sure if I’m introducing some nasty fungus diseases to my plants, too. I’m going to blame the leaves for all my dead plants. 😂
The bugs are hopefully good, but I’m going to keep an eye on everything. About 10 years ago, there were some critters that enjoyed making an apartment complex under the leaves in one bed. As for your plants, definitely blame the leaves. 🍃 🍂🤣

That’s great you finally got rain! We did too after weeks and weeks of nothing. ☔️
I really appreciate all the knowledge you share. 🌻
I’ve added shredded leaf much too. Need to do more but our weather has turned wet and cold with snow forecasted. Thanks for the sanity.

Great informational video! Would you consider doing a tour of all of your trees?!
Thank you - that’s a great idea! I’m adding it to my list of future video ideas. 👍

You’re welcome!
So didn’t get to add any compost in the Fall, would I be able to do it in the Spring?
