remember there were Friday busses snd Monday busses.....They were different. Just like every other car manufacturer. One of my busses had a German Newspaper behind one of the panels.
If you pre stretched even just the edge of the pressed areas you would get less distortion in the panels and the pressing process would be easier as you would need less pressure and get crisper edges.
I have tried pre stretching but hasn't really saved any time overall when the panel allows easy shrinking. That could be partially the fault of using my crappy english wheel for pre stretching.
