Also you do this sound by pulling your bottom lip into your mouth, and placing the tip of your tongue underneath your tucked in bottom lip. Then you simply start blowing air while pushing your bottom lip forward again and pulling back, and do it again: creating the slicing sound. The faster you do it, the better the sound.
