I have a question..I have seen videos saying that 1scoop of whey to mix in 200/250 ml of water..so if I want to mix in 400/5oo ml of water does this effect the result? does mixing whey in more water or drinking water after taking protein shake effects it's absorption or nutritive value?
No, it doesn't. You can mix whey protein in any quantity of water which you want to use. You can also mix it in milk or dahi. You can even eat the whey protein powder without mixing it in anything. Mixing in water/milk is just for convenience because it makes it easy to drink and consume the whey protein.
Yes, you can. Fat loss is achieved through calorie deficit. There is no food which you can't eat when trying to lose weight. It all depends on quantity and total calories. For example if you are trying to lose weight, consider 2 examples of breakfast. First example is 3 aloo paratha with 150g dahi. Assuming aloo paratha is 180 calories/piece and dahi is 60 calories for 100g, total calories of the meal are 630. Second example is 3 boiled whole eggs, 2 pieces of toast with 10g butter. Whole eggs have around 80 calories, bread 60 calories per slice and butter 70 calories in 10g. So total calories for the meal are 430 calories. So which meal is better for fat loss? The second one is better as it is lower in calories, even though it contains whole eggs.
