True, rendam Tauhu in slightly salt water a few hours, fry it, and fry again together with the Masala so that Tauhu absorb the Masala. Taste better. Tq for the video, I am learning also.

So tofu frying timing would be helpful... if and when I desire a slight change in the ingredients..
