dude, exo has so many songs that will blow you away! baekhyun, chen & d.o are very well known for there vocals, there are no words to describe how amazing they are at singing. there is suho, xiumin & lay who have such insanely beautiful voices and amazing control. kai has a very unique tone and voice, he sounds very sweet but also does some rapping here and there, he keeps improving.chanyeol is the main rapper but has a passion for singing that you can definitely hear back, it’s so touching and passionate. sehun has a deeper voice and rougher tone that always compliments the smoothness from the vocal line, he keeps improving every comeback and album. please check more songs out! you’ll love it, I promise!! I would love for you to dig deeper into their albums!

They're somehow around the top of the ranking. & this is not a biased statement but based on technicality as well. Chen has the best lower register in kpop as well as incredibly placed belting, D.O is one of the most agile idol who can execute very fast & complicated runs with gorgeous tone while Baekhyun has some amazing & bright belts as well with the best falsetto & headvoice in the group. They literally complimented each other, in which no group is able to do so. There are so many songs that showcased their beautiful & polished vocal technique. You will meet each of them once you go deeper. For D.O, you can check out his duet with one of SM's famous producer called "Tell Me What Is Love", his runs & vocals in there will seriously blow you out. D.O & Baekhyun's duet in "Moonlight" & "What Is Love" is great too. "Baby Don't Cry" & "Miracles In December(for some powerful Chen)" is amazing too. Another recommendation but non-EXO. Honestly, if you like great vocals, you should check out Sohyang. She's from South Korea as well. She's a non-kpop singer tho but her singing is so amazing. Very famous in vocal community. & she legit one of the best technical vocalist in this generation for pop music or non-operatic world.
