Some persons used non sensible words perhaps they all forget the sacrifice of such union particularly JKTF who struggle for the wellfare of teachers fraternity from the last twenty years. Be think a while & comments.
Please it should not be limited to transfer ,fight for teachers winter incentives ,winter caoching ,cntract trs incdntives, winter vacation etc.

2. Tecahers koi thekhadri, koi dukandari koi our business may busy hai.

Why poor results in govt.schools?Respected teachers improve in future.Hope on u.Teachers are the mirror of nation.Salute teachers.
You must know that all or atleast 80% job gainer are of Govt. Schools.
You go through the data and must see that how much employees are from private schools.....
First of all teachers should teach students of government school with full onus and dedication....... Like they expect their students to b taught in private school.... Also they should form a committee that can look the teaching conditions in government schools......
