To add on to the "Bumble Tumble" segment, there's a plethora of other games from the Sky TV service that are missing, many of them were cheap-tie ins of various other franchises, mostly Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon, as they had games from Ed Edd n Eddy, Spongebob, Codename Kids Next Door, Johnny Bravo etc, but also had games based off other popular UK shows, like Deal or No Deal, I'm a Celebrity and even Takeshi's Castle. Just did a quick Google for "Kirin Ashita No Calendar" by it's Japanese name "キリンあしたのカレンダー". According to the Japanese Wikipedia, it was part of the "キリンものしりシリーズ" ("Kirin Facts Series") sponsored by the Kirin Beverage company. A similar anime called "ものしり大学明日のカレンダー" ("Facts University Tomorrow's Calendar") from 1966 is though!

Hello ShaiiValley, This isn’t technically lost media but a years ago there was a mobile game for iPhone called Dragon Island Blue but since IOS 11 in 2017 it has not been playable anymore on phones with this operating system or higher but it remained surprisingly popular. 4 years ago I once again built up a community with several hundreds of people on discord and Reddit and even got the original developer on it. While we could not remake the game 1:1, a lot of assets from this game are free to use and a game like this is currently remade by members of the community and I think it has been a fascinating revival you don’t see often for such an obscure game that can’t even be played by most people anymore
There was this DS game I was obsessed with for a while called "Kokoro scan", a gimmicky game that mainly used the mic feature to test players emotions. It used to have comics and flash animations on its website but I have not found any way to recover them even with waybackmachine. I even had the soundtrack to the game uploaded to my old youtube account but even that has sadly been lost since my old channel was shut down. There was even a live event where actors played the roles of the characters, I believe in akihabara, but no footage of the show exists today. If you wanna know more for a future video lemme know
I had no idea that Slime Time Live was lost media... or that Double Dare 2000 only had one season. Apparently it had 67 episodes which still feels like a lot but it also felt like there were a lot more than that.
First time I've actually seen something I do know - I've played in Club Pogo! Not sure whether I did that on my oldest laptop, but I still have its hard-disk, so assuming dragging the game files from internet browser's temp files is possible, I could try to look into that.
i’ve been looking for a flash game i played in like 1st - 3rd grade ( born in 2003 ) all i can remember is being in some sort of treehouse and i could look out and down from a window, i also remember some sore of baby cradle with animals/creatures in it. i’ve searched everywhere for this and have yet to find it, ive looked at every single one of the tree house games and none of them are it, the tree house isn’t the main thing of the game i just remember being in one so that’s why it’s so hard for me to find, everything im finding is treehouse games. would anyone help me please.
Might help to provide more details: what was the art style? Was it clearly meant for kids or was it just a regular flash game? What kind of game was it, ex: platformer, point and click, educational?
@@coolnormalandwelladjusted the memory is so faint i can’t exactly remember, it was definitely a kids game and cartoony childlike art style with a very natural color palette like green and brown
I remember a game back when pokemon started being a thing called Pokeblue. It was a free indie game, was very simple and you would get a pokemon at the beginning that looked like pikachu and a mouse that was blue. It may be a lost media today. It was downloadable on the dev website, and kinda looked like a rpg maker game (might have been rpg maker 95?)
I remember this!! It was because people saw images of Marill and assumed it was an evolution of Pikachu, and called it Pikablu. I remember being confused in the game because Ash fought Pokemon too (which was due to the RPG Maker format). IIRC you could get Bulbasaur and like… Kadabra or something too, but they just appeared as Pokeballs following behind you. I remember grinding for hours to get Bulbasaur to level 16 and was confused when it didn’t evolve, haha. I don’t have it, sadly-that was like five computers ago. But this comment brought back memories!
90s VHS Childrens' Show "Jumper" with Frog Puppet Character sounds a lot like Leapfrog. They've been around since 1994 making educational children's media including dvds and theyre still at it today. I remember as a child, I had a stuffed Leapfrog frog. It had an outie belly button.
The Donkey Kong Country "horror" series sounds less than horror and more like those old Mario Newgrounds animations that most of the time got really wild, wouldn't even be surprised if the videos were screenrecorded from a flash file.
@@TheMrCtoerno no, it’s a joke, combining the vulgarity and brutality of racist Mario and Donkey Kong into a similar interpretation of what the horror series could’ve been like.
I never saw the hacking video, but I remember all the My Melody thumbnails on unrelated YTPs for about a week. Honestly, I just figured it was a ytp community meme since I don't remember seeing it on normal vids.
Pipkin (as it became) is lost media in my head too. I am old enough that I watched later seasons of it at first broadcast, but was young enough at the time that I have no clear memories of watching it. And yet I remember playing games as a kid where my toy rabbit called out for his friend Hairy Hare (Hartley Hare would not be pleased to learn that I couldn't pronounce his name, I'm sure.).
Man this channel is a hidden gem. My bf could not be less interested in lost media content and I can always get him to watch your vids bc of the editing style lmao (Also a breath of fresh air to see lost media channels that are covering interesting searches and not Saki Sanobashi Again or something deeply obscure with no real info about it)
For what it's worth, I remember Monster Farm's Polish dub had the protagonist voiced by the same VA who later voiced Dandelion in the original dubs of the Witcher games.
Good stuff as always. If I may suggest something - please cover “Viewsic Countdown 100 featuring Vibri” at some point if possible! I wrote a very detailed thread about it on the Lost Media Wiki forums and it’s both obscure and very interesting. It’s my personal lost media grail…
I remember playing a game where you would be saving creatures locked in cages, the cages were in a tree area and I remember having a hard time unlocking one of the characters, I think it was purple or the currency to save it was, there was also a boss fight where you would chase the boss using boxes it throws at you to attack it, I think the character you played as had similar powers as Kirby, the game could be played with at least 2 players(likely not required)since I remember playing with my sister, and it was playable on the Nintendo switch, also one of the creatures in cages that was important was a wise albino monkey that you could talk to and I think there were lava levels. That’s all I can remember about it.

Advanced Warning is a show I watched every episode of. I was in 7th-9th grade during the airing and still listen to artists now that I discovered through that show. It's weird that it's almost completely lost, because I feel like it was just yesterday that I was watching the show.
Wow! takes me back with the tv games, direct tv(our satellite tv) in the US had the game channel too. It actually had the same bowling game that was showed in your video! My lil bro and I played the heck out of it lol
I love these videos they are perfect for drawing too Hopefully these people have more luck finding their lost media than I did Hope you all have a good rest of your day!
4:40 I couldn't participate in the site because I don't have an account, so I would appreciate it if someone asked the poster of the question on my behalf! I think the VHS tape he or she is referring to might be "Clyde the Frog show", which aired on PBS during the 1970s. While Clyde lacks the yellow belly and belly button that is mentioned on the post (which I assume might be a factor of false recollections), Clyde shares many qualities with Jumper: that it's a show about a frog in a Seasame Street-esque fashion prior to the 90s. There's still some clips on TH-cam!
oh my god i remember club pogo my grandma would play on that website and i remember watching her play them when i would go over to her house such a shame that the games are lost now

looking through the artists list for MTV's Advance Warning, I could immediately point out Hawthorne Heights and The Dillenger Escape Plan which have had a pretty big impact on the metal scene
when i was little i had dvds of a bunch of different shows, and ads would always play before the show. I remember most of the ads and found what show they correlate. There is this one ad that i only remember a little but of; a small part of a jingle: "...sun and moon, let's all sing together!" The ad during that part was a split screen of day and night. I dont remember if it was puppets or weird animation. I tried looking up those lyrics but all that comes up is sun and moon from security breach. Another thing that i need help finding is an ad from dvds again that was like a puppy play date or kitten playdate. It showed kittens or puppies playing with some guy narrating, around late 20s probably, and it invited you to the playdate at the end, also showing the dvds you could buy. i have also researched everywhere for that and have found nothing.
Yo did you know that a majority of in school Scholastic ads are missing, including the potential first Diary of wimpy kid ad, that you talked about a year ago, thats said to have Gregs first animated appearance and his first voice
16:23 This sounds very familiar to me, I once saw a similar series where Donkey Kong's sprites were used and Super Nintendo, but actually it was really badly done, it was really just the arms that were moving, it was probably done with Flash or something. The weapons they had in their hands were just normal pictures of weapons that were simply pixelated, the blood looks like from Sonic EXE It was recommended to me by TH-cam at the time, I only saw one episode as far as I remember and I don't know if I liked it or not. 😅😅😊😊😊
ShaiiValley, if you see this I have been looking for an old Australian Advertisement. It was a water-saving PSA video from around 2004 - 2007 airing in NSW. It had these computer-animated rain drops racing each other down the inside of a water tank. I have scoured loads of Australian ad compilations and have yet to find it. I remember it well, and It was something of an inside joke in our family when it came on because of the poor animation quality.
Television broadcasting began in the 1930s in different countries. In the USA, unlike most other countries, the government did not control radio and TV broadcasting so there were hundreds / thousands of individual independent stations that all created their own exclusively local programs. Almost none of this still exists and is completely unknown except for the listings that were published in newspapers at the time - and these are only the titles of the shows, in almost every case. So you can see that if you go farther back in time, the amount of lost media is immense, and most of it will never be found.

I love the aesthetics of these recent videos! Almost like analog horror, but in the style of Frutiger Aero.
Your voice sounds so soothing. I could literally fall asleep to it. I’m not kidding.
Not sure whether I did that on my oldest laptop, but I still have its hard-disk, so assuming dragging the game files from internet browser's temp files is possible, I could try to look into that.
go on then
I've been waiting for a new one of these! thanks!
i’ve been looking for a flash game i played in like 1st - 3rd grade ( born in 2003 ) all i can remember is being in some sort of treehouse and i could look out and down from a window, i also remember some sore of baby cradle with animals/creatures in it. i’ve searched everywhere for this and have yet to find it, ive looked at every single one of the tree house games and none of them are it, the tree house isn’t the main thing of the game i just remember being in one so that’s why it’s so hard for me to find, everything im finding is treehouse games. would anyone help me please.
@@coolnormalandwelladjusted ask me any and how many ever questions you’d like and i’ll answer the best i can, i would be so happy to find this game
creatures: the albian years maybe? im also from 2003 and I played this way back then around the same time as you probably
@@coffee2162 that’s not it unfortunately, thank you for your suggestion though.
Your videos are so chill bro I love them
I remember a game back when pokemon started being a thing called Pokeblue.
Correction: minecraft castle media was found recently, because someone had the video unlisted not knowing it was lost media
Link?
I'm pretty sure your talking about Copeland's Herobrine stream because the Minecraft Castle video is still lost
More lost media I just can’t get enough of it
This man loves lost media, and I love this man
My mom has a copy of jumper from when she was young
Post it
If you can find a way to post it you should
Does she still have it?
@@ruby_from_bfdi idk probably because she said it was a great show that she liked to watch
dude i love your videos SO MUCH i watch them while i draw and theyre all so interesting ty for making these
The Donkey Kong Country "horror" series sounds less than horror and more like those old Mario Newgrounds animations that most of the time got really wild, wouldn't even be surprised if the videos were screenrecorded from a flash file.
Donkey kong x racist Mario
@Dawg347 nah, racist mario is too new for that
@@TheMrCtoerno no, it’s a joke, combining the vulgarity and brutality of racist Mario and Donkey Kong into a similar interpretation of what the horror series could’ve been like.
I never saw the hacking video, but I remember all the My Melody thumbnails on unrelated YTPs for about a week. Honestly, I just figured it was a ytp community meme since I don't remember seeing it on normal vids.
TH-cam won't let me comment with the link, but I found the mcdonalds baby shower commercial! I responded to the original thread if anyone's curious
are you mirrormegalodon
@@fatfingerguy- yep!
BUMP THIS GUYS HE ACTUALLYT FOUND IT !!!
Shaii's 1999 intros never gets old
i cant believe "JshlaiiValley" made a reference to what he did in 1999
@aveberrie bet he lives in new jersey
Man this channel is a hidden gem. My bf could not be less interested in lost media content and I can always get him to watch your vids bc of the editing style lmao
(Also a breath of fresh air to see lost media channels that are covering interesting searches and not Saki Sanobashi Again or something deeply obscure with no real info about it)
people in comments have no idea what is actually considered lost media
For what it's worth, I remember Monster Farm's Polish dub had the protagonist voiced by the same VA who later voiced Dandelion in the original dubs of the Witcher games.
Why hello there shaii you valley, today a lovely day for a new film reel
Good stuff as always.
If I may suggest something - please cover “Viewsic Countdown 100 featuring Vibri” at some point if possible! I wrote a very detailed thread about it on the Lost Media Wiki forums and it’s both obscure and very interesting. It’s my personal lost media grail…
Now this is a video worth eating to
I remember playing a game where you would be saving creatures locked in cages, the cages were in a tree area and I remember having a hard time unlocking one of the characters, I think it was purple or the currency to save it was, there was also a boss fight where you would chase the boss using boxes it throws at you to attack it, I think the character you played as had similar powers as Kirby, the game could be played with at least 2 players(likely not required)since I remember playing with my sister, and it was playable on the Nintendo switch, also one of the creatures in cages that was important was a wise albino monkey that you could talk to and I think there were lava levels. That’s all I can remember about it.
I love your videos. Fascinating!
I’d love to see you do a video on the lost Japanese PC game “Noah’s Ark”
It looks so good. I really want to play it
Here's a brief summary of "go for a punch":
When an unfortunate girl is blackmailed into taking a dare, she's given the perfect opportunity to find the rat and get her revenge.
Oh, forgot to mention, great video as always :3!
the half remembered youtube videos that scared someone when they were twelve aren't that interesting, love the ones where we have at least some corroborating evidence of existence
Advanced Warning is a show I watched every episode of. I was in 7th-9th grade during the airing and still listen to artists now that I discovered through that show. It's weird that it's almost completely lost, because I feel like it was just yesterday that I was watching the show.
Great video. Just a side-note, at 10:20 it's pronounced Loo-pay Fiasco. He's my favorite artist of all time

Wow! takes me back with the tv games, direct tv(our satellite tv) in the US had the game channel too. It actually had the same bowling game that was showed in your video! My lil bro and I played the heck out of it lol
The Chip and Pepper segment unlocked childhood memories for me.
i know this will probably get buried, but what is that little piece of music you used in the intro for this? i love it and i really want to hear more
Pink Panthers - Angel?
- Adûnâi
Man, bless us with uploading or putting the link of the playlist of the music you use on these videos, it's pretty relaxing
I love these videos they are perfect for drawing too
Hopefully these people have more luck finding their lost media than I did
Hope you all have a good rest of your day!
Joe Ball’s World has been found as of August 26th.
Shaiivalley uploaded another LM video👏😢
4:40 I couldn't participate in the site because I don't have an account, so I would appreciate it if someone asked the poster of the question on my behalf!
I think the VHS tape he or she is referring to might be "Clyde the Frog show", which aired on PBS during the 1970s. While Clyde lacks the yellow belly and belly button that is mentioned on the post (which I assume might be a factor of false recollections), Clyde shares many qualities with Jumper: that it's a show about a frog in a Seasame Street-esque fashion prior to the 90s. There's still some clips on TH-cam!
let's go! The GOAT is back on making lost media content!
Im so glad im early to this! Love this channel!
Funnily enough Joe Ball's World was found 2 days after this video was uploaded
this is the point after the upload that somebody has fully watched the video...
oh my god i remember club pogo my grandma would play on that website and i remember watching her play them when i would go over to her house such a shame that the games are lost now
I enjoyed this video! Great work!
What's the song at the beginning of the video? Sounds really familiar but I can't really figure it out
angel by pinkpantheress !!
@@rosies03 YES I knew it was familiar! Tysm!!
I remember the Sky service games, Beehive Bedlam was a Bubble Bobble clone and one called Little Prix which was a top down racer. I have vague memories of Bumble Tumble but it didn't grab me like the others.
looking through the artists list for MTV's Advance Warning, I could immediately point out Hawthorne Heights and The Dillenger Escape Plan which have had a pretty big impact on the metal scene
Another ShaiiValley classic
Thanks for including small creators like Scott cawthon, he made a neat little game named Fnaf, I think you guys should play it
when i was little i had dvds of a bunch of different shows, and ads would always play before the show.
It showed kittens or puppies playing with some guy narrating, around late 20s probably, and it invited you to the playdate at the end, also showing the dvds you could buy. i have also researched everywhere for that and have found nothing.
what if shaiivalley was caleed shittvalley and reviewed 69 freaky cases of lost media
The weapons they had in their hands were just normal pictures of weapons that were simply pixelated, the blood looks like from Sonic EXE
It was recommended to me by TH-cam at the time, I only saw one episode as far as I remember and I don't know if I liked it or not. 😅😅😊😊😊
27:47 holy shit this unlocked a memory. i remember watching this show all the time but i had completely forgotten about it
ShaiiValley, if you see this I have been looking for an old Australian Advertisement.
It's always a good day when ShaiiValley uploads ❤
this is such an interesting video, it’s so underrated
babe wake up new shaiivalley video
yippee another vid
Music in this is awesome. Is it yours?
omg memory unlocked with Wazoo! I unfortunately don’t remember anything other than the opening animation and the fact the aliens were kinda annoying lol
HES BACK 💯🔥
Appreciate the concise presentation.
It must be weird remembering using these sites and watching these shows etc only for them to be lost. I’m yet to experience this but probably will soon
