Great suggestions, thank you! I've heard about removing early flowers on tomato plants, but never had the heart to do it. Next Summer I will do an experiment with a couple of my pepper plants and see if they do better than the plants of the same variety planted side by side without any early flower removal. I am in upstate, NY, Albany area, so your videos are even more relevant, as we have somewhat similar climate, us being in Zone 6b (used to be 5a a few years ago). I recently discovered Datil peppers, which are unique to St. Augustine FL, and till recently the seeds were closely guarded by the local community (they sell all kind of Datil-based products, and even have an annual Datil Pepper festival). Same heat level as habanero, but much fruitier stronger flavor, and sweet, not bitter. Nowadays one can buy the seeds online, I bought mine from Raymond Powers, who has a short video about Datil peppers on youtube. Thanks again for the great videos! Subscribed.

Hello my fellow home gardener and thank you for witching my video. Im sincerely pleased to hear that you have found this video to be informative. If you're actually looking to dry and ground paprika peppers into powder, then Kalosca variety is a good one because its a thin walled pepper that can easily be dried and grounded. If you're looking for a spicier pepper variety, Feher Ozone is a good one. This year I have various pepper varieties growing; scotch bonnet, anaheim pepper, serrano, cubanelle, ghost pepper, bell pepper, jalapeno, etc Be well and Happy Gardening!!!
