Pitch for the third movie: Knowing the demon uses trauma to move victims, imagine passing on to a psychopath or some sort of person immune to trauma. Interesting dynamic I think
Part 2 was better than the first one! And I loved the first one. This is a must watch. I hope the critics don’t trash this movie cause it genuinely is a good movie. The actors were good. The production quality was top tier. The additional music we received with the film was nice. The script was very entertaining.
I had a great time with the movie but it kept getting in the way of a frantic Voss Water commercial. Every time I would be interested in wondering about that water, the movie interrupted that calm moments of peace lmao. Seriously the director leveled up a fair bit since last time and easily Naomi Scott's best performance. Definitely dug it more than that likable first Smile. It didn't frighten me that much thanks to those damn trailers ruining some of the scares, but I had a lot of fun with it. Let's hope she gets more work from this performance considering she had a bit of a lull in her acting career post-Aladdin remake. I wasn't expecting the gore to step up too but I was happy it did...I guess that Voss Water movie REALLY paid off for that huh?
This is going to be the second horror movie I paid to see twice I’m obsessed Naomi killed it holy shit The photography was beautiful The scares were on point I jumped multiple times And I’m very glad even though we saw the trailer, the deaths that were revealed were still just as gory and new to the eye. Damn I love this movie lol
The ending was predictable, but I think they do a good job of leading you away from that throughout the movie. Then when it actually goes there, it’s a genuine reaction of surprise.
i actually agree with this a lot i saw the ending coming from a mile away but i was really hoping she would escape it and it was a big surprise when she’s on stage in front of thousands
**SPOILER** I was actually feeling so bad for her after she killed her mom that I was relieved when it turned out to be fake 😅 altho finding out what caused the accident..she was getting everything she deserved
Once it showed the flashback scene of her car accident that killed her boyfriend and how she was 100% responsible for it, I kinda lost some empathy for her and also that's when I became pretty sure she wasn't going to survive in the end. If she was going to survive, they probably wouldn't have shown that she was capable of such a horrible thing
SPOILER WARNIN !!! best horror/thriller of da year. felt too real n had me in a daze (da scene where naomi cries for minutes to her husband’s mangled body screwed me up ngl 😭)
Pretty much my exact thoughts. I’m a bit mixed on it since it’s kinda a rehash. I’m more interested to see what Parker Finn would do next outside of smile. This was my most anticipated horror flick but now one of my least faves of the year. It’s still good
Apropos of nothing at all, was anyone else horrified on top of the horror by the skid mark creeper dude in Skye's penthouse? 😨 Even the smile demon would've slowly backed away from THAT guy, all "It's okay, man. I don't need another soul that bad. See... after I finish feeding on your fear and trauma, I eat you people's souls... your... essence, if you will. It's all very complicated. Circle of life. Anyway, I don't need to be having heartburn from your soiled undergarments."
Naomi gave one of the best performances of the year in this film
Agreed, she did a great job. One of my favorite performances of the year.
Yep. It was on the same level with Toni Collette in Hereditary

Naomi Scott did phenomenal in this movie! Definitely her best performance. This was even better than the first film
Her performance was very impressive!
No , the first one was more intense and more scares
But yes it was well made also , can’t wait for Smile 3
@@jt7952no, just rewatched, bad cgi and alot of time where nothings happens.

I think most critics and audiences really like the movie. Everything seems to be pretty positive, and I think I was fairly positive as well.
part 2 def way better

Fantastic movie. They managed to make a movie that more than lives up to the first. Go watch it ASAP.
Agreed, it's a very fun film

Glad you really enjoyed it! It's a very good horror film.
2 of the jump scares were done so well. Got my blood pressure high lol
Agreed! There werr some really fun scares in the movie.
The ending was predictable, but I think they do a good job of leading you away from that throughout the movie. Then when it actually goes there, it’s a genuine reaction of surprise.
It was but they still threw me for a loop because the trauma demon is tricky AF
i actually agree with this a lot i saw the ending coming from a mile away but i was really hoping she would escape it and it was a big surprise when she’s on stage in front of thousands
It sets up a really cool concept for the third film!
On the first movie the marketing where they showed up at baseball games I thought was amazing
I remember that!
**SPOILER**
I was actually feeling so bad for her after she killed her mom that I was relieved when it turned out to be fake 😅 altho finding out what caused the accident..she was getting everything she deserved
I cried during this scene. It was very intense and sad.
Yeah, she's a very complicated character. You go back and forth on how you feel about her. She did a great job!
Once it showed the flashback scene of her car accident that killed her boyfriend and how she was 100% responsible for it, I kinda lost some empathy for her and also that's when I became pretty sure she wasn't going to survive in the end. Just got outta seeing this movie and i loved it! I liked it even more than the first movie and i really liked that ending.

Naomi put on a acting clinic
She did a great job.
SMILE 2: Stars Naomi Scott feat. VOSS Water 🤧
Voss Water got second billing 😆
Can you do a spoiler video? I have things I’d like to say but I don’t want to spoil anything or even elude to anything spoilery
So what. People don't have to read the comments if they don't want to be spoiled.
I might do a short little video if I have the time. Juat so busy with a lot of content this week. I appreciate the interest though.
Loved it. 9/10 flick. I'm in the minority in that I liked the first one more, though.
It’s aight
Do you like the original?
Power Rangers would have been better if Gondar wasn’t a giant golden Glob
yes
Apropos of nothing at all, was anyone else horrified on top of the horror by the skid mark creeper dude in Skye's penthouse? 😨

Predictable?😂😂😂 did we watch the same movie?
Do you still hate Tails from Sonic?
I tolerate him 😂
I predicted the ending sadly after having seen truth or dare. The dude she met reminded me of the mental patient from smile 1.
Truth or Dare is pretty rough! This movie was predictable, but fun.
I thought it was a blast. Dragged a little here n there or I’d be like your losing me n then something creepy happen or like it’d be like oh shit.
Agreed, I really liked what they did with hallucinations and horror scenarios in this one.
Who is SOCHEE Bacon??? 😭
How do you say her name? People keep saying it differently 😅
Feel a sleep
Oh, no!
Naomi Scott was amazing but the movie fell behind.
She was very good!
This in DBOX got me so good🧍
Oh, wow! I bet it did 😆
