SRK was prince back then not yet a king but Kajol represented ze bold sweet girl who knows what she wants from her partner and got her support from her mom her little sister and could defend and fight for her love. she ddnt give up at z first obstacle. so we teenagers back then learned how to fight for our love and win it

Why you had deleted the scenes ? Specially the 'bharosa' wala scene. It would have made more sense coz you have shown Baldev Singh get mad at Simran when he hears her share her feelings for Raj with her mom by the fire place, after she comes back from Eurail tour. Amriah Puri shouts at Simran saying " kaha tha maine mere bharosa ko sharminda mat karna."
These scenes are deleted with such quality. But today's films haven't a little quality of deleted scenes of 80-90s. It can be some good films among them, but a little number, in the past there were too more good films than today. I realy sad for next generation(((

One of the best movie in Indian bollywood history. You can see the proof here that this film was shown for twenty years continuously in the Great Maratha Temple in Mumbai.
