Britta, I think that first friendly 2 yr-old mustang #4140 made a connection w/you. Ofc, I love the two big black horses in the adoption pen (kudos to the viewer who got the mare!) Remaining for adoption, #9697 is lovely. How I wish I could adopt, but I am definitely not ready, just horse-curious.

The big black mare would have been my pick. Does the viewer who adopted her have a website or a TH-cam channel? I'd love to follow the mare's journey. I met the woman that picked her up yesterday, but I didn't get her name. I enjoy your videos and meeting you on Friday.
How many were left at the end of the day on Friday? It looked like most of the available ones were being claimed and taken by the time I left about midday.

Why do some have so short tails?

Mares have very often short tails because the foals will chew on them.
