your genius mind!!! also for the back my first thought was a single crochet edge around the opening? It might tighten it up a bit and also emphasizes the circular shape by cleaning up the edge
I try my best to buy used when I can because there's so much out there! & I like the challenge of finding things at the thrift store hehe. Thanks so much for watching!
Oh wow, super early. Absolutely love the texture the yarn and needle size created. The pattern and color is so perfect for summer! I need to explore my yarn stash bc i need to make this now. Thank you!
you should give it a go if you like it!! :) the best part of making your own clothes is that you can adjust it to your liking 💕 good luck if you do try it out!
that’s such a good question! I go into it kinda knowing already that it might look a little messy I just make sure to leave long tails so if a tail does end up popping out I can tuck it back in or trim it :) i usually end up doing “duplicate stitching” so it blends in a bit better and also one last tip if you’re using wool you can felt in your ends with a felling needle so the fibers stick to each other (here’s a video to demonstrate: th-cam.com/video/EtOB-PzNu18/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Kw8UiGnNTH2XgrD2) the looser gauge will look messy no matter what just due to the tension being impossible to stay even! hope this helps :)

that’s such a good idea! it would be a lot quicker than picking up a bunch of stitches on some knitting needles haha gonna try this :)
i love you usually use second hand yarn and fabric for your projects ❤ you make the cutest things!!
