Read disc conversation, foot peg relocation, rear shock, tie downs. HD skid plate, oil cooler. Bradley performance rocks I got all this stuff and excellent quality. Highly recommended
Those prices crack me up. To get 38 percent more power in the V-twin bagger world you can mark that all up 10x or 15x. What a cool little bike! What an awesome aftermarket!
I have met and rode with Brad. His bikes are awesome. The big bore kit makes the TW feel totally different. The big wheel kit was a little odd but I can see how people with sand or snow would love it.
That's awesome!!! I would really, really like to try the full performance mod kit. Sounds like a lot of fun! The ATV tire thing has always intrigued me. Would be interesting to see how it would do out on the river and the trails in the winter!
@@SwankyCatProductions I did a video of the rear tire on my channel. Brad is a stand up guy. If you ever come down to Arkansas you really should ride his TW with the performance motor it’s pretty sweet!
Im looking forward to seeing your build. I plan on getting a rear tire kit for my 2024 TW and a rear shock. I like of like the idea of raising the TW but at the same time I love how I can peddle my way out of trouble with the factory seat height.
I just added the fork extensions and the heavy duty rear shock last week. Absolutely changed the bike and love it! Put 30 miles of dirt on it this past weekend. Absolutely love the set up!
Taller suspension and 30+% more power would be a fun path to follow. When the "sell sherpa" vid came out my first thought was "trade it for another TW!"
On my wish list for my Tdub would be a 19" & 17" adventure wheel combo like Procycle now offers. However, if a company like Bradley offered a set of spoked / tubeless similar to what rally raid offers (on some bikes), I'd order a set tomorrow morning. Plug and go is the way to go.
Fix the little tw200 with all the hot rod parts and I'll watch. I have several Honda trial 70s. Put in a 125 motor in a trail 70... That is quite the hoot. Fix the TW up, sounds like fun to me. Bopping yourself in the mouth with a tire spoon, horrendous but you kept on going. Me at that moment, I would have to edit the video of choice words... Texas on the prairie
Awesome way to show us your next plan. Kinda like what you did before buying the XR and trading for the DR. I think I've seen a big wheel kit for the xr650 as well.....
I had no idea there was that much for the TW but makes sense I guess considering how long they've been around. I'd still love to get one but people around here are selling them for almost the price of a new one
I've always known of a few places that make custom parts, but NOTHING like this! Every time I look at the site, there's something new! That stinks, I don't see too many of them for sale around here. A few older ones once in a while, but that's about it.
There's always been a "Cultic" following for this little bike & I looked at them but wanted the XT225 more. Didn't get either one but I'm sure if you do the videos they'll come to see...... lmao, I'll come watch & I don't own it. You might sell me on one if ya show the big bire kit & other stuff. peace man
Fat tires...turn your TW into a coleman or princess auto bike......not cheap, but would make an expensive bike with all upgrades in the store.....interesting build to see outcome.....go for it! Garth one of each!

Pretty cool that there’s so much available. I’ve only ever seen one in person. Never really been on my radar before, but lately I’ve been looking at options for a small 2nd bike, and this was my choice from Yamaha. Hard to find though. Even harder to come by than a new XR.
How are you liking the new XR? A TW is probably the polar opposite of the XR, at least as far as thumpers go. Both fun bikes, but for very different reasons!
@@SwankyCatProductions still trying to get my hands on one. They do occasionally pop up but they don’t last long. Might end with a DR, those are in stock just about everywhere. There is something about the Honda that calls to me though. It’s still early in the season, I shouldn’t give up hope yet.
I’d look at giving it more power for the possibility of not being a speed bump on some back roads while doing adventure trips. The lift and big tires may be nice but a flat or sidewall tear could leave you with no options. That being said, the stock set up and its unique rim and tire combo on a bike could also be an issue when or if a non-repairable incident happens with them. Now I don’t know which direction I’d go. I’d think the power option because the bigger tires will be a burden on the stock engine.
I think the ATV tires would definitely slow things down a bit, so adding some power would definitely be a good idea. A sidewall tear could certainly be an issue, but I believe they're tubeless. So while I wouldn't want to carry a spare tire, fixing a puncture should be pretty easy with a patch kit. Honestly though, I would probably stick to the trails if I did the ATV tire conversion, since I don't believe they're DOT approved.
Most of the parts are fairly reasonable. Then I look at why one would put that much money into a TW200 LOL. Im sure they serve a special purpose I just don't know what that is, maybe I should ride one and find out.
Great for those who have to much money, TW gonna come with wider foot pegs from the factory? Funny how I'm sure they know, NO one like the ones that come with the bike... Dang this money is heavy, Get rid of some right here.
