  • A vital part of your workshop's success is making sure your participants feel engaged and switched on! You need to do this because workshops are intense and often intimidating! And not only for you as a facilitator, but for your participants as well!
A great way to start any meeting or workshop is with an icebreaker. But what is a good icebreaker for a meeting or a workshop? In this video AJ&Smart CEO, Jonathan Courtney guides you through one of his favorite icebreakers for workshops and meetings. We guarantee this quick and straightforward icebreaker will strengthen bonds between your workshop participants and reduce tension.

My favorite icebreaker exercise is First Job Guess: People write on the sticker their first job and put it in a hat (or an anonymous sticker creation in Mural/MIRO). After that each person pull out a sticker and try to guess who is it. Always fun and usually very hard to guess.

Love this! ❤️ I’ve actually used this with my Design Team. It was very helpful to get people relaxed before the session.

My favorite ice breaker when they just hired a new manager. Before the manager enters the meeting room pass around the small 1"x2" post-it. Everyone takes off two sheets and sticks one to your top lip and one to the bottom lip and you then look like a duck. When the new boss walks in everyone looks up and says "Welcome! Quack! Quack!"

That pretty girl who says her name is Tom and her first job was working at a nightclub toilet selling rubbers. she learnt how to deal with sh!t like people judging her and that she needed to learn how to walk in high heels better because the floor was super slippery... That's her name and first job story. Let's see how well that goes 🤔

Let me question something do you know where you will go after you die? If not let me say you can have a choice to either go to hell or heaven see 2000 years ago there was this man named Jesus who died on the cross for our sins and rose alive 3 days later all because he truly loved us he died for us so I question you now do you truly believe in Jesus or do you live for the world turn to Jesus Christ trust in him Christ has way much more to give than the world he loves us turn to Christ
