Let me say this also, I think Philip is a good coach, but he couldn’t handle the disarray from some key players not caring about details and even studying the playbook and other Opponents. He’s a little too much a nice guy when strict discipline was needed. Hugh establishing the Culture Council put accountability with the team and builds Leadership.

Props to Caddy/Robby They exemplified Auburn Attitude, but to grow from the belly of the Harsin era, HF made the hard decisions and made all the right ones including PT!
