Come to Accomack County, Virginia. We have so many old homes that need a flip then a permanent family.
We looked at the Gothic revival house in Maine in April! Its beautiful. The design of it is SO unique. I hope there is a way we can buy it. If we do, I'll send you before and after photos! My parents just bought the Buck house in Buckfield, You should look that one up. They are in the process of renovating/ restoring that as well.

Old homes can be so beautiful and have such character, but they are notorious for being energy hogs. Is it really possible to get them insulated properly when remodeling?
