Nice video showing Fort William town and then Glenfinnan...from various angles. Oban is nice for an overnight stay...then a trip to one or more of the islands. In 2022 I took the ferry to Isle of Mull and Tobermory. There are buses which meet all ferries. You can also take a bus across the dramatic island and then a short ferry to Iona. Tours are organised by the bus company at the red building in the harbour. Scottish Citylink has buses on scenic routes from Glasgow to Oban and Fort William.
Thanks much for watching and great info.We explore Scotland, Isle of Skye and the highlands by car/drive. But I like the idea and interested to try Isle of Mull and Tobermory maybe next year hopefully in summer for great weather.Thanks again for the info😍👍
@IndayArvinTraveladventure808 Scottish Citylink bus network has special passes which cover the whole country. I started with the bus Glasgow to Oban. The route goes along the River Clyde and along the banks of Loch Lomond. Then to Inveraray and Oban. Isle of Mull well worth a visit. My next journey was on a Sunday...as there are no buses out of Oban...I took the train to Crianlarich. Next part was the Citylink bus to Fort William, through dramatic Glencoe. Next day Citylink to Portree on the Isle of Skye....with a view of Eilean Donan Castle. Skye scenery attracts many people. I went over the sea from Skye to Uist for a night Next day Uist to Skye and an excellent day tour by minibus to the Cuillins and more. Citylink to Inverness was the next journey.......... I went to many more places including Aviemore and Loch Ness... Ullapool for a quick visit, then evening to Aberdeen. I spent 2 nights in Aberdeen visiting places where I used to visit when staying with my grandparents. Aberdeen to Dundee and ended up in Edinburgh. So many places I used to visit when I was much younger..
