A thorough review. You've reviewed several electronic leads over last few years. I think you should revisit the electronic load experiments you did many years ago. Perhaps you have a few ideas on how to update, though these days that means adding more programmed controller issues.
Anyway, I enjoyed that series as you added, changed and improved your designs.
Excellent! Didn't know about these until your video.
Great review!
Kerry deserves only a positive mark and without fail! Don't be stingy, dear subscribers
Cheers !
I could not find the download area on e-designs website. can you provide a link to where you downloaded the programming example
It's located under services menu: www.e-design.com.cn/en/NewsDetail/4203645.html BTW, I enjoy your daily uploads. Keep it up!
is negative input connected to usb-c negative / shield? that was a big issue with their psu's potentially short out something when needing a negative supply
Just tested, looks like the usb shield is connected to the negative input terminal.
That's very good to know. But you can find many USB power adapters that are floating supplies, which don't ground the usb power negative wire or the usb connector shield, so you can still end up with a completely floating electronic load (or power supply), and not necessarily have a real problem. But again, very good to know. (Also, I hear the P906 fixes this? I have the P905 ...)
Sweet..

Have you reviewed the Miniware DS213 that you showed for a second in this video?
Yep, the link is in the video description. Posted here as well: th-cam.com/video/50K1tvDf2iU/w-d-xo.html

😀
Good device, but absolutely overpriced. For around 250 USD for that device you could purchase multiple Atorch DL24P or DL24M electronic loads instead. Which offer a combined power over 2000 watts and a higher voltage range of up to 200V.
