Well the fact is that you can mix psychology and spirituality together it is one of the deadliest combinations I say if you cannot find the right one sometimes we have to collaborate two streams so we can personalize our way of work and ig with psychology you can provide people a better way of pursuing spirituality to people. No. As of now there is no regulatory body for counselling n industrial psychology. RCI is the only body at present which provides licensing to the Clinical psychologists.

You have to do Diplom to work as an assistant, you can't practice as your own with a diploma. To practice your own there is only one option that is RCI licenced M.Phil in clinical psychology (it's a 2-year rigorous course) apart from that you can't call your clinical psychologist.

I am proud of you sister. If you want to make "that impact", do 3year LL.B and practice law. Or do MSW and get a diploma in psychology (Distance mod is also okay). M.A in psychology is also good. But job opportunities are less and you have to work hard to earn a good career.
