I did own that great boxset but let it go, I would always watch those films growing up , My kids give me strange looks when i put them on. A few people have watched Fright on TH-cam and all have said its great.
Hi Mark, I’m unaware of The Man From Nowhere, I will check out the trailer 🧐 The Golden Voyage Of Sinbad is a solid gold classic 👌as is The Lavender Hill Mob 👍 excellent price on Salem’s Lot 🤑 I don’t believe I’ve seen Fright 🤔 Kim Newman is a great film historian, nice one mate, take care👍😃👍
Hi Alan, The man from Nowhere is excellent, very bloody and worth a look if you like those type of films, I have not watched The Lavender hill mob in years so looking forward to checking it out, Not seen Fright myself so hopefully its good one mate.

Really great stuff there matey, haven't heard of The Man From Nowhere though looks interesting. I have the three Sinbad film, loved them when I was younger and enjoy them as much as an adult. Wanted to buy the boxset though hard to get hold of like you say. Salem's Lot probably the best made for TV film I have seen. I thought it was two parts when on television the same as IT, Tommy Knockers and The Stand. Haven't watched Fright though looks interesting
Hi Tim, I remember Salem's lot being two parts but i have heard some saying three one hour episodes but i don't remember that, i always remember the two hr tv movie cutting out the ending with the girlfriend. need to pickup more old King mini series, I have The Stand and Needful things but would mind getting The Tommy Knockers, Rose red is a good one also.

Good stuff. I have all of those except Fright, which I have seen but didn’t love. That said I do want to give it a rewatch
