You don't need to make 5 gallons of BEER...

I've been dumping a lot of beer lately...I know, it's sad...and it's not bad beer either! I just can't get through it all quick enough and I want to make more. So I've scaled down a bit recently and started making 2.5 gallon batches...and you know what? I've been able to brew more!
