This is amazing. Very original. I'll be voting on ideas for this build. It would be a great addition for people who have an ocean or bay feature for their lego city or just people who love oil rigs.

If you could add something at a movie theater in the crew quarters cause I read a book and it was across section type book and one of the things that was showing an oil rate and it shows in the crew records they have movie theaters

Lego have sold Oil Rig sets in the past - set numbers 9486 and set 383 are just a couple of examples.

I think this either needs to be twice the size (so about 8 times the mass) or not minifigure scale. It just looks awkward. It’s the design of a full size rig, but TINY. Like it’s a chibi oil rig.
That said, I’d have played with this constantly as a kid

why lego ideas?, lego would just decline this project once it reached 10k votes or steal your idea, you'd get a much higher chance of this being made if you put it on the brick link designer program. P.S I really want this to be a lego set!!!
