You're adorable. I love how simple and real you keep your life. I can relate a lot to the variety of routines: work from home, in the office, work emergencies, traveling for work, etc. I try to focus on some basic concepts, like waking at least 2 hours before reporting to duty. 3 is better.
Don't ever lose your walking habit. It is absolutely the best medicine. As you get older, it keeps your body running like a well-oiled machine, both inside and out; mentally and physically.
