I was in Paris for the Shows and we stopped at the Dior store for the first time and on the way out we saw them loading these dresses into a moving van. Cheers to the stylists and models who really upped the presentation. But yeh, it was pure beauty.

I might be in the minority, but the more I watch all the shows that John did, the more I really enjoy the latter part of his tenure, where he turned to the midcentury couture aesthetic. It's so beautiful. Also what I see is John pushed, not only silhouette wise, but he pushed those ateliers with regards to crafts, embroidery, he pushed the models, LOOK AT THE POSES STRIKED IN THOSE HEELS, he pushed, and ultimate beauty was achieved.
