I knew it was a yucca plant😂 They grow well in Kentucky! (Had them as a child) Not too northern but it does get cold in the winter, and they survive! Maybe you can try growing one☺

Just so you know, what you said about genie + isn’t actually how it works. You book your first ride, and then you can get another when you either a) ride the ride or b) 2 hours has passed. So if you book a ride at 7am for slink at 5pm, you can book your next ride two hours after the park opens. It’s still a pain, but if you plan accordingly, you can actually get on a bunch of rides in a day while using it
We were planning on going last year for my brother in law's 50th birthday, but they sold their DVC points to a friend and it would have cost them over $6,000 for just the four of them to go. I miss the days when it was affordable to go to Walt Disney World.
It is a pity how expensive it's gotten, there are a lot of things I miss about the old days!
How do you and your family pick what resorts you are going to stay at and for how long?
We love all the resorts, so it is hard to choose! The Grand is always at the top of the list, but a lot of it comes down to rates - they do change, and there are discounts for Annual Pass and other things that pop up if you check back sporadically, so we often end up at whichever resorts have the best rates at the time when everybody is able to take off from jobs and school.
Your flower dress is so pretty! Where did you buy it from? Sometimes I wonder if the Disney company would be more successful if fans were in charge of the decisions 😅 Those plants look so beautiful! The Yuccas are really pretty. I beat Cymbeline would love to explore a garden with tall yuccas growing. She would feel like it's a jungle 🦁
I found it on Amazon! They have a pretty good selection of cute 1950s-style dresses. The fabric is a bit plastic-y, but it was still light enough for a day in the parks, it still had a great silhouette. Also you can't argue with the price! Haha, I bet Cymbeline would love stalking through a Yucca jungle.
