What I love about my Classic Green Battle: 1- The torque 2-The sound: 3- the off road abilities 4-The kick starter 5-The simplicity. 6- Having a agile and light adventure/ touring / utility bike 7-More fun and less stressful than a Big Trail; 8- Not fast, it's true, but allowing a lazy and relaxing ride.9- Having the certainty that my purchase was/is more rational than other heavy, expensive and powerful machines for all those same purposes together. 10- The fuel consumption.

I have the exact same experience. I ride my C500 and everyone chats to me.
I ride my Harley.... NO ONE wants to even look at me. LOL.

Back in college in 1990, Bullet India Ad punchline that inspired me to bring this beauty home and the beginning of an neverending Love Story 428,000 passionate km later and still going strong was - " Let the boys play with their toys, it takes a man to ride a bullet".
Oh God that was it straight N sweet.

You're right about the charm of a big single. I remember me and my brother rebuilding an old AJS 500 that had lay in a pig sty for about 15 years. It was covered in s***, but we cleaned all the bits, and put it together. After much huffing and puffing, jumping up and down on the kickstart, it eventually spluttered into life. He clunked it into gear, and took it for a quick illegal test run up the road. "The clutch is slipping, it must need new plates, but it'll have to wait til pay day." he shouted above the thumping. That night we were in the pub, and my brother was idly toying with some cork beer mats on the table. "These would do to make clutch plates", he said. "it's the same stuff more or less." So we nicked four beer mats, and cut the cork to the right shape and super-glued them onto the clutch plate. That old thumper ran for months with those cork beer mat plates. Try doing that with the latest whizz-bang, hi-tech racing machinery. When you're skint, it's amazing the solutions you'll find to get on the road.

Heartfelt appraisal of this bike which I completely agree with, having had one for a few months. It’s looking like it could be the bike I’ve been looking for all these years!

That sounds fantastic. I bought a Continental Gt 4-5 years ago. I suspected that the novelty would soon wear off but it hasn't and I now find myself thinking that a Bullet might be even more fun.

I've loved the history of this company for a long time, cruising and tooling about just like your video. I want that even in my 55 year young life 😉. I had it 30 years ago on a Yamaha, and I miss it. I LOVE THE SOUND AND FEEL OF THIS VIDEO!, and I'm sold, when I can? I'm going to get me one here in America, I've done my research and I'm impressed with what I've looked at for what I'm interested in, based on testimonials like yours and the comments. Looking forward to purchasing one in the future, even with what is going on right now? I believe, once things straighten out this company is on its way to a domination of a market. Good riding and be safe, well wishes...And wish me luck, from America 👍❤

Great video! Point for point I'm with you there on the top 5 best things about this bike, I had to smile as you mentioned them, especially that you cannot do a quick in and out of the shop, because someone is bound to strike up a chat about the bike :) I have ridden quite a few different bikes, but none of them invoked the kind of interaction you have with people then a Royal Enfield :)

Awesome as always IRT. I have the exact same ( 2018 version ) bike. My first and, I think, only bike. I have just got my learners and gonna work on Nigel over the long Canadian Winter. I’ve started buying camping gear to strap to him and made a few early mods by watching you and a few others. I’m Retiring early and what better way to start living than on the back of a Royal Enfield that attracts your every waking moment.
Thank you I Ride for your experience and enthusiasm. Eventually I will fly Nigel over to Australia to share the experience with him starting with a Cousin who lives there. ( surprise to him ). I’ll stop in eh ??

one thing i dont like about this bike is the non possibility of changing the stock tyres with a different measure or design. they have a HIGH SPEED INDEX letter V (220 KM/H). SO THERE IS NOT MUCH TO CHOOSE BUT AVON. Such a speed index for this cruiser is CRAZY.
