Seriously, your videos are really well thought out, you don't sound forced or annoying (pretty much everyone does something annoying at some point- not you), something about that sheet-and-Christmas-lights backdrop is a little mesmerizing, and your tone is so relaxing that dentists should pump your videos into the room while they're doing root canals. I watch you and I'm like "I want to be friends with that guy." Especially in that one where you're blowing on your hands and say, "... 's fucking brutal out there!" First time I've heard that in an ASMR video. I had to rewind to make sure I wasn't hearing things. Can't wait until you get that new equipment. Maybe one day you'll start doing green screen stuff and blow my mind all over the wall behind me. Can you do a travel agency video? I love those.

I like to use real props and create a more realistic environment, but we shall see. Actually i do have a travel agent role play, go into my playlists and you will find it in my cruise line role play series. :)
I've seen that one, I guess I was mentally cataloguing it with cruise line videos and didn't really think of it as a travel agent per se. I get what you mean about green screens... They can go both ways- distracting and unrealistic, or adding ambience to what you have going on in the foreground. Judging by what you've put out so far, I think you have the good judgement to keep it subtle and use the technique well. Then again, I'm totally zonked out within minutes most of the time so for all I know, you end half your videos with lady gaga shooting fireworks out of her crack ;-) BTW, are you a fellow lefty? Looked like it in this video.

What all of those artists had in common was - they were (initially) portrait-painters. They would get a commission - for painting families in row-boats. // Unfortunately - there was an admiral who was total jerk, and (just at the right moment) he would sail his fleet in the way of the artists' angles of parallax - thus obscuring the row-boats. // So (by fate) - these artists lost all their customers, but their notoriety - was from painting ships. Hi Lloyd! I think your videos are great. I just subscribed the other day. I was just thinking they would be a lot better if they were in 1080P with better sound. Ever thought about shooting in 1080P? It doesn't have to be expensive. Even a modern smartphone would give you a half decent image. Or a $200 point and shoot camera. A good mic would go a long way too. Maybe you could crowd fund your new equipment with donations from your subscribers so you'd have no out of pocket expense.
