Does DHA pay residents for night shifts, weekends and on calls? Is there any increment in the salary of a resident as he or she advances in his or her residency from PGY1 to PGY5

When is the gab year considered?
Because I've graduated from uni and i couldn't get the internship for like a year and 2months and i wasn't able to get my certificate due to the political issues in my country but now Im in the internship so is that and issue?
Cuz i heard that the clinical gab is counted post internship is that right?

Do i have to stamp my certificate from UAE embassy and ministry of foreign affairs and ministry of education ALL BEFORE I apply for residency?
Or after i get accepted i can stamp them??
