Hi Sir, Can you make a technical video in English? Not much info on the Technix cartridge set for the xtrainer. Can you put some info on the valves in the set . How they are updated, oil volume, other fork leg with new spring. Is there still lot's off preload on the spring? What spring rate is in the kit etc...
