I have the s1000mkii which is the exact same speaker but without the wifi capability. I can assure you guys that these speakers sound waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy better in person. You can really feel the bass in your chest, and it can even play lower frequencies than the rated 43hz. The bass doesn't overpower the mids and highs and it does not distort even at high volume. you really do get a lot more than you paid for with these speakers.
I have the s351db which have the same titanium dome tweeters. The system sounds absolutely amazing starting with MJ music to Classical and Drum&Bass. Now i need something to fit my computer desk, and as i fell in love with this tweeters, i'm looking forward to this speakers. Great review.
Hi there, I have a question. With the S1000W speakers, if you have your turntable hooked up to your speakers, do u experience a sound drop for about a split half a second about a minute or 2 into the record. The reason I ask is because I experience that. I will start ti play a record at the beginning of the side and about a minute or 2 into the song , the sound drops. Please let me know if this happens to you. Thank u.
I could buy the S1000W new for about £220 in Sweden or S3000Pro (a used pair) for twice as much. Do you think the S3000Pro is twice as good as the S1000W?
Is is possible to remove the feet? I want it to feet is some specific space and the height is 0.4cm to high.... The 4 feet are removable? If yes, it will fit perfect.
I've not tried the S350DB's but note they are cheaper. Nice to have the sub and smaller speakers but the S1000W are bassy, they dont need a sub, so i think it comes down to budget and appearance.

Totally agree! It's hard to show performance through a video. Thanks for sharing your feedback with us all.

Thank you! Hope you enjoy them if you get them.
After a pile of broken english gushing reviews on these speakers, this is a breath of fresh air. Clear and to the point.
Thank you for the kind words and thanks for watching!
No active subwoofer connectivity option Does it have that punchy humping bass? 🤔 Thank u plz reply
Is it possible to connect it with my Self-Powered external Subwoofer while having the wireless/bluetooth Edifier as the main port?
Negative, there is no sub out option with these speakers unfortunately. I know Edifier do do other speakers that offer that option.
@@TechNuovo Thx for the reply! I heard the bass was a little bit underwhelming as well, may I ask for your opinion on this one?
£299 in the UK? I’ve only seen them at £399. Was that a mistake or do you know something I don’t? Great review by the way
Oh no! I think I’ve got mixed up with the MKll ones! They are £299, while the S1000W are £399 😩

Yes I have this

Twice the performance for twice the price, no. For me, I'd be happy with the S1000W and spend the rest of the money elsewhere :)
Edifier S1000W or Sony sscs5 for music?
Would AE Active 1's be a lot better for sound quality?
I'd hope so, they're double, triple the price of the S1000W's! I have not tried the Active 1s to compare im afraid.

Ooo, not sure and these were a loan pair so i cannot check im afraid. I think they are not removable BUT you could probably force them off...
Best ... Polk audio or edifier. ?
It various in the product but Edifier generally are pretty good!
what did he mean when he said the sound will mature?
They say the components and materials on new speakers will improve the overall sound quality when they mature.
Managed to get these for €250,- hope they will sound great. I will change the look of the wood panels however.
Nice! Great price. What do you plan on doing with the panels?
@@TechNuovo want to stain your them close to black but still see the wood. Otherwise paint them gloss black.
sounds cool! hope it goes well
No Sonos or Google home connections?
No, not right now but they could push a firmware update out to include it maybe
I am confused with s350db. Most probably will go with 350db because of the sub.

dang, you had me until you said " I like a sound bar"
:D

Nova tecnologia = tech news
Damn you look a lot like my brother
Good vid mate, cheers
You’re brother must be a fine looking chap then 🤣 thanks for watching!
I like to spend at least 3k on my speakers
You’re getting something nice for that!
What about compare these with audioengine A5+? They sound better or i should stat with A5+?
