I think Borko made a call to Serbia for a couple of their best tailors with some scissors provided by a third party. Don Junior disappeared like Fat Dom Gamiello after he made a trip to New Jersey.

Tony seems like he’s at one of his highest points in the series when he and Junior conclude Altieri is the rat, the look of satisfaction after being validated by Junior shows how much he valued his family’s opinions, most of the time to Tony’s detriment.
