I love how he trains his dogs. He truly loves dogs, and they love him !
Will, I went through your free courses and wanted to thank you for the wealth of quality information you continue to give out for free. Cheers to you!
Again, your lectures are great, but I learn by SEEING. Please DEMONSTRATE the behaviors being talked about.
See the dog. See it!! That's the dog.
That’s not this video though is it? Check out his other videos to see him demonstrating these behaviours 👍🏻
I train two dogs, mine and my neighbour’s. I refuse to use food or treats and find that it’s much harder, initially at least.
I use everything on your list every day and I spend an hour off lead playing every day. The off lead is their favourite part but they also realize that they have to get through the on leash before the “treat” part. We all love that part.
Your videos really helped me get started with training them and I think I’ve given them a great life as a result, thank you.

Very helpful! Thnk u for sharing this info! ❤
I love this channel watching how to get positive behaviour from your dog, there is a slight problem, I am disabled and I have a very nervous gsd, when we go out which she loves to do I can not stop her pulling and scooter does not turn quickly enough to use any of the training method also I can't use treats as she is hyper vigilant when she is out she won't take a treat. I am attending obedience classes which has helped with her recall. I love her to pieces and would love to go out and just go for a nice walk can anyone help please
Are you the really going to tour the US ? My dogs would love you.
Did I miss that??? Please include Canada if at all possible
What specific slip lead collar do you use or recommend?
I cannot wait for my puppy to be able to go on walks! Its parvo season, and there's also a weird respiratory virus that's running rampant. Little guy needs to finish his shots, and wear boots. He will behave SO MUCH BETTER when he can go on walks and smell the smells. Now I have to go grab him, I can hear growling and my hiking boots hitting the walls.
To be clear on the loose lead walking, does it mean the dog is behind or next to you? Or is a bit in front of you is also oke?? My dog does not pull but she is just slightly ahead of me? I have been trying to get her next ( heel ) but she just wont do it 😅
When I train it with my puppy, as long as the lead is loose be it a bit behind or a bit in front, that is what i am looking for 😁 i just dont allow a tight lead
I do train heel as a different thing though, heel is right by my side but is only going to be used in necessary situations e.g. in a store or a busy area where I need him right by my side
My dog answers the "heel" command and comes to my side, but a few seconds after we start walking he tends to go further and further ahead of me. Everytime. Any tips?
I thought #1 would be loving leader...when Scrubbie comes out of his room(crate) he gets massive petties, tickles, hugs, kisses. I am happy to see my pack buddy.
how do you get a high-energy dog to settle in public?
