Just 3 question
1. If player previous to me has played +2 and if I have another +2 of any color can I play it?
2. If anyone has last card to play it it should be same number or same color . Right?
3. If someone wrongly played +4 and that time no body called check and later we got to know it was a wrong move as he still had playable cards. What to do?

Yes you can play plus two over plus two because that's same symbol,

Urgent reply plz agar discard pile reverse aya to dealer se start hoga to dealer kya firse reverse rakh sakta h and ek baar koi player reverse rakhe to kya permanent game ki direction change hogi

Agar first card reverse hai to game left ki jagah right side se chalega, game ki direction permanently change nhi hoti, kyuki jab koi aur player ek or reverse card chal dega to direction fir se opposite ho jaayegi

If i played +4 and second player puts 3 cards of +2 what will happen then ? It will pass to third player or second player has to choose 4 cards ?

as per official rules, if +4 is played then the next player must draw 4 cards and skip their turn. However the common and most played method is also stacking :)
