i love how, if you don't know dougdoug or pointcrow at all, then they look right at home here, and in recent years dougdoug actually does fit here based on his content. and then pointcrow has the endearing "geek" look to him, but i couldn't actually tell from his content that he did his own stuff too.
I know DougDoug because of his food challenge. I know Thor because he blew up. I know PointCrow and Primagen because of Maya. And PolyMars I'm learning about today.
Oh so this isn't the usual team that Thor's talked about attending previous Open Sauce? I saw Dougdoug and thought that made sense, but Pointcrow kinda threw me... I had never heard of Primagen or Polymars.
Doug fits because he makes mods. . Wait Thor and him should switch chairs because Thor makes games and Doug mods them and then point row is the guy that pays someone to mod a game in a way they want like for example the multiplayer bounty he did
anton petrov is my favorite youtuber too, I've never seen someone agree with me on that until you did. yeah everyone who watches him loves him but I've never seen someone else than me choose him as "favorite youtuber" until now
I love this panel. Doug Doug and me have similar stories of leaving coding but coming back to it. I develop XR applications and teach programing now, headed into 3rd year. Very inspiring panel.

Thor/PirateSoftware: "If you look at your stuff from 3 months ago and think it's terrible, then you're making progress". Great! I'm making so much progress. So much, in fact, that I even consider stuff I finished mere minutes ago to be terrible!
its really easy why people like watching coding: the people want to experience coding, being creative with computer software. but rarely do people have either the knowledge to do it themselves or the patience to acquire it. also, it feels social. being in a doug stream is what preschool told you school would be like. having a lot of fun learning with friends.(slightly deranged friends)
Funny how three of these streamers are the ones that inspire me the most to do new things and make cool stuff, makes me want to check out the ones here I haven't watched yet. Thanks for existing and making awesome communities/content!!

It's easy to point and laugh at him for his baldness at 2D programformersing, but he does seem genuinely smart and experienced. Don't tell him I said that, though.
That's the least dougdoug looking dougdoug I've ever seen.
Because he's not a pepper here lmao
ikr. The dougdoug we know is bald.
Unless he's wearing a wig.... 😂
Yeah I had to double take.
I was trying to figure out who he was. I was kinda surprised to hear his voice. His voice is unkistakable.
@@PunkFiddlerhe’s definitely still bald, he’s just using that Temu hair spray that’s why he looks like a totally different person.

prime again?

truly an underrated comment... Panels like this are just a circle jerk for specific friend groups. Groups that think themselves special.
@@TanakaMatsumoto hey I havent finished the video I only watched like 3 mins but what exactly makes you think that?
Surprised Doug didn’t even mention the cheese counter for the scope creep question
the one guy yelling happy birthday song leading everyone to sing, lmao
Was probably Doug Doug sounded like him
"Use git! Stop using dropbox" 😂😂😂 this hurts but I can't stop laughing
It hurts because it's true, which makes it hilarious for everyone that isn't using Dropbox as a VCS, lol.
The worst part is he uses vscode. It has git integration. It would just be like 2 clicks of effort lmao
How have all my favourite coding TH-camrs and Streamers found themselves on the same panel? This is incredible
That's the magic of Open Sauce
Same
With rabbit hole projects for Doug I was immediately thinking of the cheese counter in Skyrim :D
EA sucked the programming soul out of DougDoug, and streaming gave it back.

You can tell because his mustache is smaller

He worked on the peggle mobile game
Yeah you can read more about it on his LinkedIn
his programming at EA had a profound but sinister effect
He made an entire video going through his linkdin and gettting novel ai to write insane descriptions for every job.
Yes he worked at a lot of places before he did TH-cam
