Join me in today’s London Vlog for a trip to not one but two luxury auction houses! Sotheby’s on New Bond Street is currently hosting the exhibition “Freddie Mercury - A world of his own” before an extensive selection of his private estate will go up for auction, including a large selection of stage outfits, the piano he used to compose on, hand written original drafts of Bohemian Rapsody and more! The exhibition runs until 5 September and is definitely worth a visit if you get the chance. Entry is free but expect long lines. Talking about celebrity auctions: Bonhams will be auctioning off pieces from Sir Roger Moore’s personal collection in early October. They had a teaser selection on display inside their New Bond Street show room until 25 August. The full selection will be turned into an exhibition at the beginning of October but even the teaser exhibition featured some really special pieces.
I also got the chance to check out Lalage Beaumont, a British handbag company and their boutique inside beautiful Burlington Arcade. If you’re intrigued by the brand but haven’t been able to find much info and video footage of their bags online, this vlog is for you.

I'm wondering if in Sir Roger Moore exhibition its anything about the movie where I net him in 1990 in St Moritz 😊 Thank you for remind me of great memories 🥰
Oh wow, you met him? Very welcome for bringing back some memories :) Not sure which movie you are referring to so it’s hard to tell. The exhibition (both the small one I checked out as well as the full selection in October) is probably very 007 focused. But who knows :)
@@LesleyAdina the movie it was his own production and was called "Fire, Ice and Dynamit" ☺️part of the movie was recorded in St Moritz area and that's how I met him, I was living there in 1990 😅 now I'm in Isle of Man 😁 I like to live several life's in a lifetime and absorb all the history and culture of the places I live in😍 but think this is my final one, short distance from the big island but at the same time we live in our own bubble 😂😂😂
Sounds like an interesting life for sure🙌🏻 I’ve never been to Isle of Man. But I can definitely see the appeal. Close to mainland but very much secluded in a way :)
