that kettlebell in first upload I juggled in got in those awkward positions with has a real thick handle and weighs in between 106 to 110 pounds. in the “two hands anyhow lift” upload I made sure I recorded the weight. plus the handle is really thick so people who try it feel like it’s bolted to the concrete 😂

I have lupus an fibromyalgia, along with severe asthma, and lower back sciatic pain that kills me on a,daily basis and watching you be,strong and,fight threw,your depression allows me to k ow i can fight through my depression that I get from being and feeling so debilated. Its mentally, physically and emotionally debilitating and depressing for me. So whem i watch you having a blast, im living vicariously through you and forget about my debilitating state and remembet what it was,lime to be skinny, healthy and having a blast doing gymnastics with my friend from elementary school...and I get the,biggest smiles in my face watching,you because,youre dumny and also very handsome. I like to see you happy and having a blast! Haha its my fav!! Do you have any suggestions on a left knee that in the,beginning felt like it REALLY needed a crack or pop, but a huge pop that,would've hurt bit felt good afterwards.. but then it began to hurt super badly and getting sharp shooting stabbing pains in it near and under the knee cap on the left side first. Any pressure or if i straughtemed my leg or used my muscle at all!! Id get the sharp pain! So ibe been limping forever.. Then i did something and it cracked very liudly but then i thought it went away and it began hurting in the same left knee but in the right side of knee cap but then started hurting both sides very badly..Same isie with the shooting pain with pressure, movement, doesnt fel broken, i didnt fall on it, NOTHING, just began killing me haha and dr isnt answering their phone or email lol i havent been able to work lately because of it so thought id ask what rype of exercise coyld strengthen my knees to hopefully get me out of this madness on my knee alone haha although i have other issues, this is my current one i need solved asap cuz my job depends on it . Oh tried urgent care but they coyldnt do much of anything LOL just staying pff of it as much as possible lol anyway.. Love the vids and sorry for the depressing novel BAHAHA LMAO
