I have a quick question regarding public transport in Liverpool, as my wife and I will soon be visiting that wonderful city. We had a few days in London late last year, and have just returned from a short stay in Edinburgh. Both cities have excellent transport systems. You would expect that in London, but even in Edinburgh there was a £4.50 day ticket which covered a full day on the buses and trams. Is there a similar sort of system in Liverpool ?
thank you for question. of course we have. here you can find all information about Metro card. www.merseytravel.gov.uk/tickets-and-pricing/your-smartcard/ I hope this will help you!

@@proshooters1 sorry for the late reply, I didn't receive any notification. the best and cheap way is the bus 86A or 80A, £2 only. but I hope you solved this little problem.
The way some people park their vehicles in the City you would have thought they got their license in a lucky dip.
Excellent ride
thank you!
The nightmare that is Hanover Street (the street which the bus follows out of the station)
