To answer the boulder thing… what happened is that you missed your headbutt. More specifically, each level of charge adds an additional larger impact after the previous. You’re attacking the boulder with a small and medium impact while the large impact that can actually break the boulder spawns on the other side. Step back a bit and you can break them no problem. Also the roly-poly/pill bugs can be killed, you just need to hit them when out of ball form to damage them. I did this with the hypnotizing flowers to immobilize them but something like the monkey rocket hat could probably work to damage them from a distance.

This game is such a fun and cute journey. Also, the salutes during the balloon cutscene are hilarious. The stakes are so high and the situation so serious for the residents of this world and then there's baby ogu the unstoppable just being carried off on some balloons doing his little silly salute back 😂🥰
