I’m excited to make my first batch of squid tubes / pieces. I just don’t know what I should make them with :/ rice? A soup? Should I just pan fry them and then add them into a soup? Or that wouldn’t be good as boiling them with the soup?
I use them in Thai jumping shrimp, warm shrimp and calamari salad, or skip the shrimp and just squid. Don’t be afraid of the tentacles! That’s my favorite part. I also use them in homemade fish curry. They are also delicious fried if you like fried food. I wouldn’t want them in a soup, though. A hotpot is ok, just don’t overcook. I don’t eat it with the broth; I use my chopsticks and remove from the broth.

Yes. Blanching for 20 seconds. Then stir fry on high heat for 1 minute.
@@lydiali4946 on video u say to fry 4-5 minutes, this would get them rubbery though
