Wii Startup Disc Menu (Plus v1.0 Setup)

I've already seen this before, but it's still interesting. Here's to hoping that someone can find a real start up disc for preservation.

You can always recreate it by burning the leaked iso file into a dvd

This was an incomplete Wii menu? And the Wii wouldn't boot without the Title ID "RAAE"? That was the startup menu, dude, and Nintendo forgot about it?
