The News is Not Good - She needs a Miracle! Stage 4 Lung Cancer Update

My 1st cousin, Karen, is in need of a miracle from GOD!!! Please pray for her!!!
This following is an update from her husband Tim on the results of the latest PET scan.
For 25 years Karen and I have owned and operated a small blueberry farm near Webster Florida. In late spring of 2022, just after harvest, we began spring pruning. Karen began to complain that she was unable to keep up with her co-workers and was extremely fatigued. She has suffered with type 1 juvenile diabetes since she was 12 years old and thought this may be related so she made an appointment to see her endocrinologist. They sent her to a cardiologist for a follow up a month later and they found that she had fluid around her heart and lungs. The cardiologist referred her to an oncologist as he suspected cancer. He was right. In July, tests concluded that Karen had stage 4 lung cancer in both lungs that had metastasized into her hip, ribs, and lymph nodes. The Doc’s began a regiment of chemotherapy and other drugs to stop the progress of the disease. WOW, chemo is not for sissies!!
In the summer of 2023, we received news that all the cancer was now inactive except for the original mass in her right upper lobe. They also found that the cancer had mutated, so the Doc’s began a pill form of targeted chemo. The new diagnosis meant that the cancer was now considered stage 1 and radiation was a possibility. In December, Karen received 5 doses of target radiation to eradicate the last mass. Unfortunately, this did not work, and the new PET scan taken in June of 2024 revealed that the cancer is back and growing in all the original areas and has spread to other lymph nodes and her liver.
Please pray for Karen! We are still believing for a great Miracle from GOD to heal this disease.

I grew up in your church and was i so blessed by the music. It’s amazing how much God has used your music in my life to draw me back to him. When I was lost in darkness I would sing those songs.
I’m so grateful to you all and your beautiful faith in Jesus Christ. Your music…. Her piano playing… these were all seeds for me. God bless you all.
