I just discovered Veto tool pouches and bags this year. In addition to a couple of the larger bags for the Spring special, I also got this MP1X, and it is the perfect size for my most used tools around the house. I'm considering a second for emergency car tools, but I suspect a cheap canvas bag that also has room for assorted fasteners, fuses, wire, and cordage is probably the better choice.
It is great, I have been using mine daily at work and have nothing but positive feelings about the MP1X. Yeah and small bag may be more useful for a vehicle bag. I am using a TP-LC for an emergency vehicle bag and I think that size would work well. Thanks for watching and commenting. 👍🏻
@@garnerreviewsI'm using a TP-LC as the tool bag for our little camper; it's too big for the car tools though, yet not big enough for a jump-starter. A meter-bag might work; I'll reconsider that when next Spiring's deal rolls around, assuming WW3 doesn't prevent it.
still got the old mp3. I have the same scissors and placed them in the same place. I replaced my pb swiss ratched with the the non ratcheting wiha 26one because the bits lock so well. I don‘t care the bits are proprietary as I don‘t cary a drill when I carry this.
Really nice bag and tools sir. If you want a great upgrade for your flashlight I use a Armytek Wizard C2 Pro Warm, thing is the best for pockets and tool bags as a work light.
I will check that out. I have always wanted to get and Armytek light, lately I have been stuck on the square/flat style lights for pocket carry. But I could see that working really well in one of my tool bags as the general purpose light. 👍🏻 Thanks for watching.
I love my MP1X! I ended up getting a Holstery DriverMaster to make the MP1X's belt clip even better. I'm up and down all day long, and the Holstery makes it that much quicker to put it on and take it off. Keep up the great content!
That’s a great idea. I have been eyeing some of Holstery’s products for a while. Seems like a top notch company. 👍🏻 Thanks for watching and commenting.
I like it would recommend a pair of needle nose pliers I used to not carry them and thought I would not use them added them to my kit love them use them every day
This is just me, cuz I’m OCD, but why not go with the VAMPLIERS 6.3" All Purpose Heavy Duty Scissors? It would look more aesthetic with all the others. I mean I have and love the Engineers too, but the red….
Sorry to hear that, I actually haven’t had that experience but it just goes to show that not every product works for everyone. The originals were great bags, I was excited for this one because it works better for myself. 👍🏻 Thanks for watching and sharing.
That would be a really nice looking pouch. I can’t imagine it would be much harder for them to offer a “Blackout” version of it. Maybe someday. 👍🏻 Thanks for watching and commenting.

@@OnusBonesJust so you know, Veto has their spring sale on right now. Definitely worth checking out. 👍🏻
@@garnerreviews Oh, I already bought 4! I just think that's enough for now. I am waiting on the free ones now.
Nice, once you start down the Veto road, it can be hard to get off. 😅
Nice kit! Amazing how much it can fit
It really is, and I am sure that others could load it out with even more. Thanks for commenting and watching. 👍🏻

Sounds like a nice setup. That Wiha packs a lot of options which is really nice, definitely means you can get a lot done with less bags. 👍🏻

Great review! Really considering this model now
Definitely worthy of your consideration! 😁 Let me know if you get it and what you think.
Looks pretty cool, but I hope Veto eventually make some kind of Toughbuilt clip adapter option. It's just more streamlined and easy to use.
I would be totally cool with some sort of clip adapter system. 👍🏻
What carabiners are you using for the but railer?
Those are made by Niteize. It is their locking style, I believe I ordered them on Amazon. 👍🏻
I like it would recommend a pair of needle nose pliers I used to not carry them and thought I would not use them added them to my kit love them use them every day
Great suggestion. 👍🏻 A solid pair of needle nose pliers can get a bunch of work done. Thanks for watching and commenting.
nice kit. when r u going to use it?
Use it almost daily. 👍🏻 It works really well.

Don't worry my friend, I just fixed this for you! 😂 I have the Vampliers coming and will be on this tool pouch. 👍🏻 Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@garnerreviews Haha - Awesome!
Fixed it! Vampliers for the Win! (VT-011)
Love your videos man. Does the PB Swiss ratcheting screwdriver come with any bits?
Unfortunately it doesn’t and the PB Swiss bits while premium are pricey as well. Thanks for commenting and watching. 👍🏻
What belt do you use for these pouches?
My edc belt is made by Nexbelt. Really stiff (used in the shooting community) and easy to adjust. Thanks for commenting and watching. 👍🏻
Look at Milwaukee 1/4 drive metric Allens and standard bits. I have used mine for 3 years
Thanks for sharing. Maybe I will look into those in the future. 👍🏻
I think this one is a downgrade from the original MP1 or MP2. That belt clip starts to HURT after a while.
Sorry to hear that, I actually haven’t had that experience but it just goes to show that not every product works for everyone. The originals were great bags, I was excited for this one because it works better for myself. 👍🏻 Thanks for watching and sharing.
Just not as nice as the full leather ones they used to sell...I want a TP1L in black.
That would be a really nice looking pouch. I can’t imagine it would be much harder for them to offer a “Blackout” version of it. Maybe someday. 👍🏻 Thanks for watching and commenting.
