@@CalerEdwards isn’t it a more elaborate tool which can be used for more purposes and also has a lower risk of issues with accessibility? Framer does seem to be flashy, but I think the risk of it having poor accessibility and also won’t run well on either mobile viewports or older devices which can not handle these animations that well. (Apart from the fact you’re designing web first, I’d like to see a mobile first approach as upscaling usually is easier rather than downscaling and trying to fit everything on an iPhone SE model).
