I have been following you & Gavin for quite along time now, bought both of your books & other items. It has helped and made my photographic journey so much more easy and enjoyable. Once I switched from Automatic, to manual, I thought that was it, but that was just the beginning. I can’t thank you all so much for all of your struggles, successes and laughter. I know this was a while ago, but as a Landscape photography TH-cam consumer, I don’t think there can be too many Landscape Photography TH-camrs. I look every day, hoping there is a new Gavin or Adam Landscape video. I noticed there are still an inordinate number of Landscape TH-camrs with a British or Scottish accent. Fun video, thank you Paul!

Just found this video this morning Paul and found it really useful as I’m about a month into the journey on my own channel. Good to see how your channel has grown since you put this out
When I started watching photography vlogs nearly 3 years ago it was for learning the basics. So I watched those people who picked a subject and taught. Shout out to Mike Brown and Anthony Morganti amongst others. I delved into Jared, Mckinnon and others and delved out again, dipped into several womens channels but not found one I can stick with yet. Watching the hundreds of hours that I do, in my opinion, it’s personality that keeps me watching. And being natural, if there’s a hint of presenter, or an annoying voice, I’m off. And those I watch have to have ‘The Eye’, that drop of the magic stuff that some photographers think they have but sadly don’t. I enjoy following the journeys of the personalities I engage with and their images and teachings are a bonus. I also watch to chill out, I enjoy the crunch of footsteps, the ambient sounds of the location, the laughs ...
Unsure if I will upset anyone posting this link so please delete if I do. Val . regarding your comment about female photographers I have just started to follow Lynne Luxon-Jones. Great video guys, an interesting subject - 'Invasion of The Whippersnappers' TH-cam Vloggers - Young & inexperienced 'would be' teachers. But does that matter? No it doesn't. I don't watch TH-cam photo vloggers to learn. With thirty years of enjoying landscape photography I would have to have serious learning disabilities if i was learning from a newbie on TH-cam. I watch and thoroughly enjoy many of these new/young vloggers though. Tom Heaton for instance is a very popular vlogger. When he first started out he never pretended to be an expert but because he is such a nice/ordinary and genuine person people enjoy his vlogs. It was great seeing his photo adventures and sharing his journey along the way. Adam and Gavin are popular because they are a fun team to watch and hilarious at times. But like Tom they share with us some awesome photography. So TH-cam is great fun and one can pick up tips and advice and enjoy great images. But if I want to learn I buy book by Charlie Waite, Joe Cornish, David Ward for example.

I agree fully with gavin. I've only just started with landscape photography for the past year and I've yet still to gain any credibility for people to even consider me anything in the field. Years of hard work and graft only get you that. One day I'd like to start a TH-cam channel but for now it's just a hobby. The videos that you all make are absolutely fantastic and give me so much inspiration to get out there and learn my craft
Hey Paul just stumbled upon this video and I'm looking forward to watching some more even 2 years after the facts. I've been watching Thomas for some time and discovered Gavin and Uncle Grumpy in the last couple of months and love their channels. Must be pretty special getting tips and hanging out with these great photographers and would imagine that your photography as greatly iimproved in the last 2years. Although I really enjoy watching Thomas, Gavin and Grumpy, I'm looking forward to seeing some landscape photography through the eyes of a beginner even 2 years after the facts... Cheers!!
I just started dslr photography 2 yrs ago after being without an slr for 15yrs. It was hard to find any US utubers that I felt good just sitting and watching for hours. Most are too boring, too uptight, 'do this, get this', done. I have found a couple locals that I will watch, 1 subscribed to, Nick Page. I get more info watching out of towners because you act human, you talk to the audience, we feel as we are right there, experiencing everything, the scenery is gorgeous, and any one who makes me laugh constantly and I can learn too? Awesome! I'm a recent subscriber since you just popped up today in the 'recommended for me' list and hey, if you carry on with those 2 guys?, yep, added to my photo list. Keep doing what you're doing and as they said, be yourself, and have fun~ (Plus I love the accents, it makes me focus and really listen, 'faffing about', my favorite phrase, lol!)
That was a fantastic conversation about landscape photography & TH-cam Paul. Gavin is great and has a unique sense of humour. Adam is the quiet achiever but they work so well together. I hope your channel continues to grow in the UK. They are right about the diversity in the UK, except the alpine aspect. You can take trips to Switzerland, not so far? I'm in Australia and traveling to Norway in Feb 2020 with a tour, but that is rare and EXPENSIVE. Most of my shooting is done on the cost south of Sydney and or New Zealand, that has it ALL! Looking forward to your next episode. PS: I remember watching Thomas Heaton when he first started, worth a view to see how far he has come. TH is my favourite Landscape TH-camr by far, natural, no pretentious behaviour, shows the good, bad & ugly. Cheers from Aus!
The three landscape photogs. that I follow most are Thomas Heaton, Nigel Danson and Gary Gough. All English, there must be photographers of other nationalities that are just as inspiring, but I just haven't found them yet.
I really enjoyed your interview of Uncle Grumpy and the fotostripper... actually it was because of your collaboration with them that I found your channel. There was some great info in it and I will keep it in mind as I stumble along with my own videos in their backyard on Vancouver Island. I’ve subscribed to your channel and look forward to catching up on some of your previous videos.
Really enjoy this type of chit chat Paul, many thanks for making the vlog, Gavin & Adam, I love how they have fun doing what they love, blokes having a laugh but creating great images, thinking of vlogging myself and have a few bits to get started but just seeking a mortgage for a much needed elastic band :-)
Oh damn, looks like I will have to get my creative head on and find an alternative supplier, I have a pretty little solution just waiting to be revealed :-)
Hi Paul: Thanks for developing this video. I really enjoy seeing the interaction between yourself, Adam and Gavin. Keep developing your own unique style. Once you become comfortable with your style your You Tube followers will come. Cheers, Keith Pinn, Barrie, Ontario Canada
Interesting conversation. As some have mentioned, there are plenty of room for more vloggers. I do think that leads to more collaboration. Plenty of viewers with different interests out there. I do wish there were more female vloggers. I have started my own channel. I did so because I wanted to share my experience / adventures. I have a love of the outdoors. Very early days. I will say I follow vloggers with very different styles and I enjoy them for different reasons. Thomas, Grumpy, Simon Baxter, Gavin and Nick Page. In addition to portrait vloggers. I will say I’m not a fan of those that just do gear reviews. But I do enjoy gear reviews / recommendations of those vloggers that I follow.
Been thinking of doing a channel myself, but rather than talk about how I took the photo talk about the location. For example I am from the birthplace of captain cook, so I would follow his story and photograph the locations and talk about the connection. But what would be interesting is for you to do a behind the scenes video talking about how go from the concept to the finished video.
Adams class behind the camera shows through. When you get people pretending they've been a photographer for many, many years when they so clearly haven't. Some say I've been doing this for so long and it turns out they started in photography 3 years ago, does my head in a bit. You're either a photographer or a film maker, a few can combine the two, Gavin and Adam do manage rather well! If your main desire is to be a photographer then concentrate on that.
Bingo! It is amazing how the majority of landscape photographer vloggers are from the UK, Canada, and Australia. Perhaps all the top 10 are outside the USA. I don't know where Nick is from, but I think he might be the only American landscape photography vlogger.
Great interview and very topical, especially as I have just started my own landscape photography channel. I related to all the observations made, especially the need to relax which is not natural starting out vlogging.
Finally some sound advice....as an amateur or recreational photographer I laugh out loud when I read FB posts on photo groups where someone says"just starting out in photography and wonder what lens I should use for an upcoming wedding shoot I have been hired to do "...I want to write back and ask what the person is smoking....anyway thanks for your great advice!!!! Going to continue following you...
Brave man taking those two on 😱🤪. Seriously, excellent video & great to hear established popular TH-camrs discussing something of the issues in being involved in that media. Well done 👏👏
Two of the nicest guys on youtube. They are so generous with their skills. I think we should crowd fund to get Gavin more Sony batteries. Good luck with your new channel.
What a great vlog loads of information and tips and natural flowing conversations. Like you I'm struggling to get vlogs out but once a week but very much still learning as I'm only just 6 months into my TH-cam journey 😁
Hi Paul, I think you do a great job, as for me I have been doing photography since I was about 16 as a hobby, Now that I am unemployed(which sucks) I find myself with more time to get involved. I have learned more in the past couple of months from watching, Gavin, Adam, Thomas, Nick and Gary Gough to name a few. I find for me the video presentation is the difficult part.
A really interesting interview. Great video. I have recently started a channel and would never dream of trying to come across as an expert. It is really difficult trying to get out regular videos when constrained by work and the locations that are available locally, the answer tho as ever is just to get out there whether it’s your local canal or somewhere gorgeous. Thanks.
Interesting conversation Paul. And nice to see you away from the UK for once. Something I picked up in the conversation was a comment Adam made. He said "I'm a TH-camr not a photographer" which is an interesting comment given that he is first and foremost a photographer. But what I think people need to do with all of this is work out where they want the line to be. Do they want to be a photographer presenting their work to TH-cam or do they want to a TH-camr. There is a HUGE difference between the two. Do you want to use TH-cam as a means to obtain work as a photographer or do you want to use TH-cam as just a means to earn money through ad revenue. When it comes to collaborations we have had this conversation before but it's not always that simple. There are some that think they are above others and just don't even bother to give you the time to respond to a request. There is definitely an undercurrent of this in the community and no matter people say it is there. I was going to comment on the TH-camrs who put out material that claim to be experts but thought I would keep those comments back given the venom that it attracts. We've had that conversation and it's best left between us than here. Back in the UK twice so if you want to meet up let me know. Early December down south and Scotland in January. Let me know about the latter as I haven't yet booked my flight!
HELLO!!! Woman, US landscape/macro/nature vlogger and photographer here! Its those like me that have a small following that get looked over a lot. I have been in photography for 35 years and it just seems like women get looked over the most. I am no where near the best and I learn all the time but I do love to take people to new places here in Northeast Ohio on Lake Erie and be a crazy woman in the woods. There are some of us here in the US but unless you travel to awesome locations you just don't get the views unless its a gear review. It gets very frustrating for sure.
Tammy, sorry for not having found you before. I just subd to your channel. Some very interesting stuff. Not much around about macro, so looking forward to watching you.
@@MisterTolley Hey there! Thank you. Yeah I spent a little while concentrating on landscapes and not so much on macro which I have done for years. However, I am planning to do a lot more macro in the near future. It is my first love after all lol. Thank you for subbing my channel!
@@outfoxthefox Hello there! There are others too like Kim Grant, Rachel Lerch and some others. We are out there but its just people don't see women as landscape or nature photographers. They think we only photograph babies and weddings....no thank you! LOL
It was great to hear a bunch of fellow landscape photography TH-camrs talk about this sort of stuff. I did notice you guys said there aren’t any American landscape photography vloggers who don’t talk about gear. Myself, Ben Horne, Alan Brock have all been making a ton of videos about our landscape photography trips and image making, while not talking about gear. We do exist! 😂🦄 But I will admit many of my favorite landscape photography TH-camrs are all British! Thomas Heaton, Simon Baxter, and Steve O’Nions all come to mind, among others.
My biggest frustration that you commented on is the lack of women. IDK if it’s not in the algorithm, but, alas, I can’t find the content. Your conversations with other photographers is outstanding and super interesting. Cheers!
Gavin gets all of a personality when he’s talking serious 🧐 😅🤭 , I started seeing videos about landscape and while watching other TH-camrs I always come back to Adam, Gavin and Heaton also the humor with that British accent never gets old. And I had learn photography things watching them! Thanks for the effort you all do! Thanks to Paul too, I think these interviews are awesome it bring to the watchers that human view behind Of the TH-cam personality.
That was a great watch Paul. Some interesting chat there and some good points. I'm over a year into vlogging now and I think you learn and improve, vlog after vlog. I'm like you and only get chance to get a vlog our every couple of weeks, and there is pressure to get the shots as well as put together a quality vlog with a decent story & b roll. Its not easy, but its bloody good fun. I've found collaborations are great, but trouble is I spend too much time chatting and forget about the filming!!
Great stuff mate glad you enjoyed it. I love putting together the videos it's great fun but I do find it a struggle to get something together every 2 weeks but I'm sure it will get easier 😀👍✌
For well seasoned photographers watching "Newbies" coming across as an expert is an instant put off because inexperience its so blatantly apparent to the experienced. The journey of learning photography never ends and we are all on that journey. Remember, travelling with friends is always better that travelling with a know-it-all teacher. Keep up the great work! Cheers!
I wouldn't say the genre is saturated, everybody has their different style, and putting their own spin on it, which I find makes it interesting to watch. Seeing Gavin and Adam fumble their way through the forest, then miraculously come out with some outstanding photo's is fun to watch. PS, Adam how's that book coming?
Great interview. Even though I have been taking pictures for 30+ years I still feel like a novice, especially now that I have started a channel with 2 whole subscribers. Keep at it, we all have to start somewhere.
I really agree with your comments Gavin on the humour and banter in you vlogs .... I like this aspect of you videos but without the quality images it would just be fluff. Enjoyed this insightful discussion.
I came here from Gavin’s post and I’m so glad I did. This was such a great interview and it really inspired me. I can’t wait to use this knowledge on my channel. Cheers all! (Also I subscribed and I’m looking forward to checking out your previous videos)
The ‘solo, new vlogger amongst a crowd’ speaks to me. A legitimate anxiety-inducing situation. Glad to hear it from some of the photogs I look up to hah Step 1: find friends to go shooting with Step 2: ?? Step 3: become landscape photographer of the year
Hi! I paused this video after 16 minutes to watch one of your videos and choosed your last one with the waterfall. I liked it. You looked natural when you spoke to the audiance. Liked that you gave info aboute shutter speed when you posted the photos. The last one was really good. You could have introduced your friend instead of him just being someone in the background. I love Gavins, Thomas and Adams channels. I just hit the sub button on your channel as well. You are doing a great jobb, keep it up!
I've been tempted to start a channel for a while. However, I'm struggling with what type of content to present and how to present it. I am leaning towards a vlogging style channel presenting places in my city and places in my province.
Too many landscape photo channels? Remind yourself of the potential audience - 4.5 Billion world wide internet users. 1.7 Billion youtube accounts - Go get em! (2019 numbers)
Lovely video You are right with regards to standing out I found fototripper through Tom Heatons vlogs which lead to Brandon Vansom and Adam When I watch other TH-camrs, I just normally end up exiting before they have finished unless it’s something in particular I’m looking into
Paul Thomson Photography you’re welcome I have subscribed to your channel Are to based in the Uk I’m from Kent and try desperately to get the best I can from my area It sometimes frustrates me but I keep trying 😂👍
Last of the summer wine springs to mind! each to their own.......I watch most photography blogs on TH-cam some are better than others but at the end of the day its just about taking pleasing pictures, to share with other people, by the way there are some really great photographers on TH-cam who produce some amazing pictures, and often the pictures are far better than the presentations, occasionally the presentations are better than the pictures.......its all good fun!
Been doing photography for quite sometime, and posted the odd video here and there from my drone shooting. I am sure I will do a TH-cam channel sometime..
Interesting video. I wouldn't worry too much about subscriber count as that will gradually increase as people find your channel. You should look more at the proportion of subscribers watching your videos. As I write this you have 1.49K subscribers but 4,755 views. Pretty good! Gavin and Adam both have a good proportion of their subscribers watching their videos. The other extreme is someone like Tom Heaton, he has over 360,000 subscribers but his views are only a fraction of that number. Some only around 10-20%. Surely that makes Gavin, Adam (and you) more successful! Keep up the good work :)
Hello there! I’ve just started my own channel. I’m 4 videos in and that’s it, so it’s really early days for me. I’ve only been taking photos since February but I’m a creative, so I’m comfortable around this stuff. With me, I am approaching each video from a “I don’t really know what I’m doing but why not come along whilst I figure all of it out” angle. Hopefully some people will find that interesting. Anyway, great video and a fantastic channel by the looks of things. Looking forward to having a proper watch through 😊 Have subbed and... belled... that’s not a thing, is it?
An absolute must... a cool accent! #cursedwithtexan #yall Seriously though, on the saturation comments, I choose primarily to be inspired and learn... when you throw in the comedy as you and Adam have, it’s icing on the cake! “Depends on where you live”. #flatTexas. So I traveled to Antarctica 🙂
Best interview on TH-cam that mate. Except for Adams bits. I thought you'd just cut those out ;)

@@WildLightLandscapes FYI I also like Mark Denny(from the states) and Brendan van Son(from Canada)
Keep doing what you're doing and as they said, be yourself, and have fun~
(Plus I love the accents, it makes me focus and really listen, 'faffing about', my favorite phrase, lol!)
Thanks so much glad you enjoy the content it really means alot. Cheers for watching and welcome to the channel 😃👍✌
Thanks Phil so glad you enjoyed it mate and thanks for your support its much appreciated 😀👍✌
Thank you so much and glad you found it useful. Welcome to the channel 😀👍✌
So glad to hear you two haven’t broken up! I was starting to get worried!
I love videos like this, just sitting, chatting. Brill. Thanks for that
Cheers man glad you enjoyed it 😀👍✌
Really enjoy this type of chit chat Paul, many thanks for making the vlog, Gavin & Adam, I love how they have fun doing what they love, blokes having a laugh but creating great images, thinking of vlogging myself and have a few bits to get started but just seeking a mortgage for a much needed elastic band :-)
Currently out of stock ;)
Great stuff mate so glad you enjoyed it 😀👍✌
Oh damn, looks like I will have to get my creative head on and find an alternative supplier, I have a pretty little solution just waiting to be revealed :-)
Great stuff Paul! Very inspiring from you all. Gavin and Adam are fantastic.
Thanks Nathan glad you enjoyed it mate 😀👍✌
Just subscribed. Nice collaboration.
Thank you and welcome to the channel 😀👍✌
Hi Paul: Thanks for developing this video. I really enjoy seeing the interaction between yourself, Adam and Gavin. Keep developing your own unique style. Once you become comfortable with your style your You Tube followers will come.
Cheers, Keith Pinn, Barrie, Ontario Canada
Thanks Keith glad you enjoyed it and for your support it is much appreciated mate 😀👍✌
I watch all you guy’s, and enjoy watching your vlogs and combined videos 👍📸
+Tony Murphy Thanks Tony for your support and glad you enjoy the content 😀👍✌️
Thanks for your comments and for watching much appreciated 😀👍✌
Great content and I follow you and grumpy because you bring good humour to photograph and Paul always inspires me to get out
Cheers pal glad you enjoyed it 😀👍✌
Been thinking of doing a channel myself, but rather than talk about how I took the photo talk about the location.
Brilliant video Paul 👍 Really good topic with sound advice 👍
Cheers Chris glad you enjoyed it 😀👍✌
Great interview and very topical, especially as I have just started my own landscape photography channel. I related to all the observations made, especially the need to relax which is not natural starting out vlogging.
Fantastic Russ so glad you have found it useful many thanks for watching😀👍✌
Finally some sound advice....as an amateur or recreational photographer I laugh out loud when I read FB posts on photo groups where someone says"just starting out in photography and wonder what lens I should use for an upcoming wedding shoot I have been hired to do "...I want to write back and ask what the person is smoking....anyway thanks for your great advice!!!! Going to continue following you...
Thanks man glad you enjoyed it 😀👍✌
Very informative video, keep it up.
Thanks so much glad you enjoyed it and cheers for watching man 😃👍✌
Brave man taking those two on 😱🤪. Seriously, excellent video & great to hear established popular TH-camrs discussing something of the issues in being involved in that media. Well done 👏👏
Cheers steve glad you enjoyed it man and many thanks for your support 😀👍✌
Thanks!
Thank you 😀👍✌
Two of the nicest guys on youtube. They are so generous with their skills. I think we should crowd fund to get Gavin more Sony batteries. Good luck with your new channel.
Lol indeed and many thanks 🤣👍✌
Great video with some awesome photographers. Interesting subject. Hope you guys will do more stuff together.
Thanks Jan glad you enjoyed it 😀👍✌
What a great vlog loads of information and tips and natural flowing conversations.
Like you I'm struggling to get vlogs out but once a week but very much still learning as I'm only just 6 months into my TH-cam journey 😁
Thanks for watching glad you enjoyed it 😀👍✌
Hi Paul, I think you do a great job, as for me I have been doing photography since I was about 16 as a hobby, Now that I am unemployed(which sucks) I find myself with more time to get involved. I have learned more in the past couple of months from watching, Gavin, Adam, Thomas, Nick and Gary Gough to name a few. I find for me the video presentation is the difficult part.
Good talk!
Thanks glad you enjoyed it 😃👍✌
Welcome to the Island. I'm enjoying your vlogs.
Thank you so much just returned home but the island is very beautiful. Thanks for watching 😀👍✌
I've just started my own Landscape vlogging channel so I found this quite an interesting chat.
Thanks Joel glad you enjoyed it mate and good luck with your channel 😀👍✌
@@WildLightLandscapes Thanks Paul and you too.
loved the talk between you three! great video! :)
Great stuff glad you enjoyed it 😀👍✌
A really interesting interview. Great video. I have recently started a channel and would never dream of trying to come across as an expert. It is really difficult trying to get out regular videos when constrained by work and the locations that are available locally, the answer tho as ever is just to get out there whether it’s your local canal or somewhere gorgeous. Thanks.
Thanks Alex glad you enjoyed it and good luck with your channel 😀👍✌
Thanks for making this video! As a beginner, this has been on my mind and it’s good to know we all are in the same boat!
You are welcome mate hope it has helped 😀👍✌
Paul Thomson Photography for sure!
Another excellent video, you guys are too much.
Cheers man glad it came across well will be in touch 😉👍✌
Thanks for your insight Tammy much appreciated and totally agree 😀👍✌
Tammy, sorry for not having found you before. I just subd to your channel. Some very interesting stuff. Not much around about macro, so looking forward to watching you.
@@MisterTolley Hey there! Thank you. Yeah I spent a little while concentrating on landscapes and not so much on macro which I have done for years. However, I am planning to do a lot more macro in the near future. It is my first love after all lol. Thank you for subbing my channel!
I’ve been following you for quite a while, you and Lynn Luxton Jones. Never occurred to me that you two were the only women.
But I will admit many of my favorite landscape photography TH-camrs are all British! Thomas Heaton, Simon Baxter, and Steve O’Nions all come to mind, among others.
Thanks man glad you enjoyed it and good to hear there are some us vlogers out there. Will check you out 😀👍✌
Paul I'm one of the 902... (now 1.49K)
Discovered you via Adam & Gavin... ;)
Thanks very much for watching it is much appreciated 😀👍✌
My biggest frustration that you commented on is the lack of women. IDK if it’s not in the algorithm, but, alas, I can’t find the content. Your conversations with other photographers is outstanding and super interesting. Cheers!
Thanks so much Pamela glad you enjoy the content. 😊✌️
Thanks so much glad you got something out of the videos 😀✌️
Great Interview some great input there i will definitely take some of that on board thanks guys
Thanks man glad you got something from it 😀👍✌
Enjoyed that mate! I love listening to photographers chatting way too much, I need to get out more! 🤣🤣
Cheers Andy glad you enjoyed it mate 😉👍✌
Andy, You are a star in my book and I am happy to see any time you get out!!
Cheers!
Thanks man much appreciated and thanks for watching 😀👍✌
Loved this Paul, great interview. Two great personalities you had there mate, lots we can all learn from them.
Cheers Simon much appreciated mate 😀👍✌
I wouldn't say the genre is saturated, everybody has their different style, and putting their own spin on it, which I find makes it interesting to watch. Seeing Gavin and Adam fumble their way through the forest, then miraculously come out with some outstanding photo's is fun to watch.
PS, Adam how's that book coming?
Printing today, it's well on its way!
Great interview. Even though I have been taking pictures for 30+ years I still feel like a novice, especially now that I have started a channel with 2 whole subscribers. Keep at it, we all have to start somewhere.
Thanks John glad you enjoyed it and keep on with the channel it's great fun 😀👍✌
5 subscribers now.
@@MrMB2652 Thank you
I really agree with your comments Gavin on the humour and banter in you vlogs ....
Thank you so much man glad you enjoyed it and have taken something away from it 😀👍✌
The ‘solo, new vlogger amongst a crowd’ speaks to me. A legitimate anxiety-inducing situation. Glad to hear it from some of the photogs I look up to hah
Step 1: find friends to go shooting with
Step 2: ??
Step 3: become landscape photographer of the year
Well done Paul - mixing it with them two!!
Thanks Paul Much appreciated mate 😀👍✌
Interesting conversation.
Cheers Larry glad you enjoyed it 😀👍✌
Great talk, very well done!
Thank you 😀👍✌
More great content!!!! 👍👍
Cheers Rick glad you enjoyed it 😀👍✌
Thanks very much for letting me know much appreciated mate thanks for watching and your support it makes it all worthwhile 😀👍✌
Great video for someone that’s about to start up my own channel. Looking forward to future videos.
Thank you glad you enjoyed it welcome to the channel 😀👍✌
I've been tempted to start a channel for a while. However, I'm struggling with what type of content to present and how to present it. I am leaning towards a vlogging style channel presenting places in my city and places in my province.
Great stuff Mike look forward to seeing your channel 😃👍✌
Great chat lads, as a budding landscape photography TH-camr it was inspiring 👍
Great to hear Geoff thanks man 😀👍✌
Too many landscape photo channels? Remind yourself of the potential audience - 4.5 Billion world wide internet users. 1.7 Billion youtube accounts - Go get em! (2019 numbers)

Lovely video
You are right with regards to standing out
I found fototripper through Tom Heatons vlogs which lead to Brandon Vansom and Adam
When I watch other TH-camrs, I just normally end up exiting before they have finished unless it’s something in particular I’m looking into
Cheers Bryan glad you enjoyed it and thanks for your comment 😀👍✌

It sometimes frustrates me but I keep trying 😂👍
Really enjoyed that mate and got some great advise from this.
Great stuff glad you enjoyed it 😀👍✌
Last of the summer wine springs to mind! each to their own.......I watch most photography blogs on TH-cam some are better than others but at the end of the day its just about taking pleasing pictures, to share with other people, by the way there are some really great photographers on TH-cam who produce some amazing pictures, and often the pictures are far better than the presentations, occasionally the presentations are better than the pictures.......its all good fun!
Great talk
Glad you enjoyed it man 😉👍✌
Been doing photography for quite sometime, and posted the odd video here and there from my drone shooting. I am sure I will do a TH-cam channel sometime..
Cheers man thanks for watching 😀👍✌
Great stuff man! Looking forward to what’s to come. Also love how you didn’t cut out Gavin saying “I can’t feel me testicles”😂😂 haha
Lol cheers man those are the bits that just have to be left in. To funny 🤣🤣🤣👍✌
The question is... could I feel them at the start of the video?
@@webfabrications 🤣🤣
@@webfabrications Dead! Hahaha
You've got the best mentors there.
Looking forward to having a proper watch through 😊
Have subbed and... belled... that’s not a thing, is it?
An absolute must... a cool accent!
#cursedwithtexan #yall
Seriously though, on the saturation comments, I choose primarily to be inspired and learn... when you throw in the comedy as you and Adam have, it’s icing on the cake!
“Depends on where you live”. #flatTexas. So I traveled to Antarctica 🙂
