So um, I did this about 3 years ago or had my mechanic did it because he wanted me to try it to save money, but the cable was different for the new assembly and then had to take it to him anyways, so he did it, but now I have two different type of assemblies, one like the one you have then like the fancier blue led looking one(not sure what its called), but I want them to be the same now, how do I change the cable I'm guessing he had to cut it and solder it or was there another way to do it?
What I am worried about is if I buy a new assembly, it won't work because of the OEM Light assembly, I actually found the right term for it. I do want to do this myself, but being a woman, they always do try to take advantage or say bring it it or something. I know I could do this myself.
Thankful from chicago

@@RubyMVmistress I don’t know exactly what you’re talking about. I have to see pictures.
The bolts that hold the assembly are not how you aim it. Those are located on the back of the housing. Could be just 1 adjuster screw or several.
Thanks for watching 😃

@@RubyMVmistress anybody can do it, all you need is the right tools.
How long did this take you to do?
About an hour, not too difficult
@@RealityUniverse ok thank you
This is a ridiculous mess for a headlight change why did they invert the assemblies??
